    @Telstra As soon as I get thru to Telstra I will be moving this account to Optus also! At least I can talk to someone if I have issues, three days now no internet and I can’t talk to anyone! Absolutely disgusting!

    @Telstra This is more frustrating! There are no interruptions in my area, and the link you gave me is only concerned with Bill payments and phone/tablet, nothing to do with ADSL internet issues! This is the second time I’m having issues with modems, the last one I had to move to Optus.
