    Very disappointed @Optus Poor connection in Blacktown, sydney. Since last October and this problem has not been dealt with. All i have got is compensating data , apologies or false assurity of fixing the problem. Loosing it now 😖

    @Optus Hail Storm, Hail the Size of Golf ***** & Bigger & Tree's coming down in the Area. Not a problem. But you cannot handle Wind ! For 2 nights ,I have had No Internet & my Elderly Parents have No Home Phone. Look at the Picture above. I live in there. No Fires. FIX Please

    Optus Sport now getting the J-League rights. Must say I hated Optus Sports when it began as it was issue after issue but now they are fantastic and just keep improving year on year.

    @sandylanceley @CouchNish @MelbPTUser @melissakp @australian @Singtel They can not run a 3/4G network to save themselves and I cannot see why anyone still pays them / or why they’re in business. But I guess change is tricky for most. Getting off Optus was the best battery and speed boost I’ve had—like a new phone! 🤣 they’re shocking

    @optus NBN seems down in 2044, and 4G is pretty slow (and yr status page is slower still)
