@Optus No let's do this in public. You owe me that much. PS: There are no outages listed and the device your customer said was not compatible is working again now after waiting a few hours, like it has for nearly a year.

Online licence replacements are now available for affected Optus customers. Effective immediately, South Australians affected by the Optus data breach will be able to apply for a replacement licence online via their mySAGOV account - without having to attend a Service SA Centre.

Optus we scraped through, never been a customer, now Medibank hacked.... Needs to change, companies holding personal data. Why do they even need to ? After validation the only detail they should store is for payment, no licence, no passport, birthday...

I asked them to transfer me to someone else and he refused, and when I asked for a contact number in Australia he cut me off. If this is the kind of customer service that Optus customers can expect to receive after the massive data breach then your business deserves to fail.

@Optus It's the oldest call Telecoms call centre trick in the book, to blame the customer premise equipment instead of investigating and acknowledging service issues. It's compounded when Optus refuse to provide and Australian based call centre for customer support. #Optus

3. It would be a nice parting gesture if Optus provided free a forwarding service for injured customers. In fact it's the least they can do for disaffected customers.
