@Optus for five weeks there has been a “reduced service” message on the Optus website when I check for NBN at my address. It’s incredible to me that the only people who don’t seem to know about the problem is Optus.

@VinceRugari The Paramount+ product is a poor cousin to Kayo (which is also not good). The fragmentation is already making it expensive for Sports fans: EPL: Optus AFL/NRL/F1: Kayo Champions League: Stan A-League: Paramount+ If only there was 1 service for them all, maybe in a single box🤔

@ImOneWithTheKop I am not that big a soccer fan so just have Optus, Kayo covers AFL, NRL, Cricket, F1, NFL which are the sports I mostly watch. The constant stream of those things out of Fox/Kayo sucks

@FreoLou I'll be wearing one going to major events, like Optus etc. Been struck with covid this week so I'm much more apprehensive about going maskless. At least until cases go down.

@willbraisby1 I’m sure from what I remember the people they used to get on Optus Sport weren’t that bad, or at least not as bad as that gimp always chatting shite

Honestly, really considering disconnecting my @optus services if this complaint isn't taken seriously. Why staff argue and make up utterly lies to you on the phone is just absolutely horrible customer service ever!!

friday night games in perth suck anyway and the crowd is nearly always down on sat/sunday numbers bc it’s near on impossible to get to optus on time

@NellyJa73255653 @NMaconachie Their NBN is run through their own network and the mobile plans are through an Optus resell agreement. Generally, the Optus mobile network can be crap outside of the big cities.

@StanSportFC the volume on your feed is awful, the commentary is far too loud compared to stadium noise every game. Far better on UK feed, Optus. For what you charge the product is awful, sort it out
