@DodoAustralia @NBN_Australia NBN service due to the amount of metal in our walls, our Optus signal is actually just as bad as telstra. So if we are sending our calls over your network I might as well DM you what we are using for mobile.

@Optus your customer service line is the worse. Support team agrees that it was not fault and still refuse to unbar my number. Refuse to transfer me or provide me billing statement. This is not right. I’m on the chat waiting for someone to call me which they’re leaving me on seen

@VodafoneAU It seems #VodafoneAU is a dismal failure, just as inept as #Telstra and #Optus in meeting a business customer's simple information needs to sign them up. This is pathetic. Just why, @VodafoneAU, do we have to put up with such poor service from you in Australia?

@Optus I’ve been told I need to wait 2 days in order for you to be able to offer more assistance. So I will wait for this magical period to lapse before I seek more help. Thank you all the same. I do not extend this thank you to your consultant Alvin, though. He is awful & rude.
