    @Optus This... "RESOLUTION SOUGHT BY THE CONSUMER: - Consumer want the network issue to be resolved. Our networks team have confirmed these issues have now been resolved and Mirtha has advised this to yourself, the TIO and your local MP office...

    I can think of a bunch of ways to avoid 'accidentally', 'inadvertently', 'disrespectfully' or 'illegally' underpaying your workers as a matter of course. But you won't return my calls, Optus. I feel that as an HR Survivor, I'm uniquely placed to service your organisation's needs

    dear @Optus you have 1 of the most incompetent tech support team. I have all my services with you but am seriously reconsidering, especially when you can't even get an NBN connection right!

    @SpudBenBean Dozens. Sick to death of them. OPTUS asked me to send screenshots and the numbers to them so they can pretend to fix the issue.

    so much for @Optus support. A week after I alerted them to the fact I cannot send emails, the problem is still there. Every time I get on the 'chat' I have to explain the problem again, despite having a case number. Completely over it.

    So @Optus have just told me YET AGAIN it will be 24-48 hours before they will do anything about attempting to fix my internet. I would make this a drinking game but I don't think my liver can cope.
