So I ported my number overnight to a new provider with unlimited data, only to discover @Optus Network Locked my @oppo phone despite my having bought it outright last year. I'm cut off! Thank goodness for free WIFI & Telstra Payphones. I thought the TIO stopped network locking?!

Scam called in the middle of a black out claiming to call from telstra about my Internet connection I'm not with telstra Yes maam I know you aren't with telstra that's why I'm calling you are with optus right? Nope! *hang up*

@Optus 1hr 57 mins. You guys never even booked an NBN appointment and your reps didn't have a clue what to do. Basic part of NBN activation. Ten minute call took two hours. Why? Incompetence.

@KateZMedia @Optus The entire thing took two hours. They hadn't booked the appointment with NBN. It's the most basic part of activation. Just so bad it's not even funny.

@DocB__ Never had a drama with iinet. Currently have mobile plan with them. Previously had internet with them in Perth(bundled with phone). Only slight issue is they have gone from The Optus network to Vodaphone, therefore signal wants a little sometimes in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
