    That’s ADSL2 speeds I’m paying $30.00 a month for service im not the only person in my area with 4G issues I received a message back in early June about fixing towers please keep my information private when commenting here not happy Optus

    Me: Doesn't it seem more likely that as I was an Optus customer in 2018, and did register an account at that address, that the letter correctly refers to me? Optus: I'm logging out (shift end).

    @Optus - have you been hacked AGAIN??? In my last bill I received 12 pages of hundreds of charges of amounts of $0.001 and $0.002 and $0.003. 12 pages!!!! I tried, in vain, to use your messaging app to get some clarity but you but no response; you seem as bad as @Qantas

    Congrats @Optus on losing me as a customer today over $7.58 discount l was asking for to upgrade my phone and plan. You breach my privacy and won’t come@to the party over $8.00 Nice work! Great customer service.

    @Sonny_NC @AlboMP It hasn't been wiped? 🥺 At all? God, hurry up that's terrible. It should have been jumped on as fast as you jumped on the optus issue, people deserve better than this. Finacial crisis destroys lives. And maybe contracting private companies to do this stuff is the major issue.

    @BAFAN1977 Hi Melissa, can you please make sure your handset OS is up to date? If so, please uninstall the My Optus app, clear cookies and cache, restart the device and then reinstall the app. If you continue to have issues after that please DM us – Aron

    @Optus the service in enagdine has been horrendous for over a week!! Not even 1 bar of coverage. Completely at a standstill trying to work from home. When will this be resolved?!
