    @SenPaterson @Birmo Why wasn't the Telecommunications Act changed over the last decade to remove the need for OPTUS to keep all that information for people who no longer had accounts with them. Snivelling ****.

    @innocent_abroad @mal2153 @MikeCarlton01 Bull. It had a short positive effect when Optus had to offer competitive pricing to attract new customers. But the positive effects were short lived. 3 decades later, privatisation of our telecom has led to poor rural connectivity and the cluster F that is NBN.

    @Optus You have been investigating for 3 weeks. What makes you believe you will suddenly discover the problem? Your site says there are issues in my area...The same message has been there all week, and nothing has changed.

    @Optus thanks for the giant screw up with my mums nbn order. Transferred 3 times on the phone and each time the new person didn’t know wtf was going on and the issue still isn’t resolved

    @Optus @1malcolmturnbull Another 9 hours without internet, and like clockwork went off again at 4.00pm which means no internet until 6.00am. 3 weeks of this crap and they are still looking into it. Optus just useless,as was Turnbull who gave us this shite.

    @Aussie_BB So many disconnections over these last couple months. During the floods is understandable, but it’s persisted since then. Have you guys considered offering a backup 4G/5G connection so that the customer doesn’t lose service? I believe Telstra and Optus do.
