@SenPaterson @Birmo Why wasn't the Telecommunications Act changed over the last decade to remove the need for OPTUS to keep all that information for people who no longer had accounts with them. Snivelling ****.

Nope. The sound was crap and I should have stayed home. Never again at #Optus

@Optus I’ve been told I need to wait 2 days in order for you to be able to offer more assistance. So I will wait for this magical period to lapse before I seek more help. Thank you all the same. I do not extend this thank you to your consultant Alvin, though. He is awful & rude.

@KevKellaway @drdrdr09 Hi Kev, Optus has built the tower. However, the latest advice I have received from Optus is that they are now finalising an unexpected power supply issue to integrate and finalise mobile coverage. I am incredibly frustrated at this further delay.

@Optus my nbn is down near Carlton NSW. The dsl light is off. Is it planned?

@Iridian_Willow @sunriseon7 👍🏼 Telstra has the biggest coverage followed by Optus & Vodafone towers. So there’s only 3 carrier systems in Australia to “try” keep down the ugly towers everywhere. Kogan etc sell 3rd party services over those 3 networks.

@Optus Thanks Jack. You know very well that it is going on for more than 12 months. I understand if it is for a week or two. I have heard this issue many times before...it just that Optus's capacity can't handle the need here.
