    So the answer to the @Optus breach by @VicRoads is to issue everyone a second card, effectively 2 CARD # FACTOR AUTHORISATION which will need to later be quoted to companies needing license info. Looking forward to the day I have a full deck of License cards. #OptusDataBreach

    @redruby17 @ClareONeilMP @Optus It's probably some stupid bot they've got running, their website, billing systems and general backend has always been hopeless. Their mobile app is still telling me that direct debit isn't set up on my account but it has been for more than 20 years.

    @redruby17 @ClareONeilMP @Optus Optus' technical service is generally very reliable but their customer service has always sucked. I've been with them since 1998 for internet and 1993 for phone, it's good while it's working which is most of the time, but when it breaks it's a nightmare getting it fixed.

    @Telstra Hi @Telstra, not sure how you can help, because he's Optus's customer, not Telstra's. Only I am. But would appreciate it if someone can help. It's getting more and more serious everyday.
