    @NBN_Australia An update: called @Optus who transferred us to @NBN_Australia who then told us that there is an outage in the Sandy Bay (Tasmania) area and that the internet would be on in 4 hours (9pm last night). 9pm has been and gone. Standard troubleshooting, eg reboot hardware, etc & nada!

    Well I think I'll be staying with Telstra after all, after the garbage customer service I've received from @Optus this week. #notimpressed As a customer service rep myself, I know the value of good service. That ain't it, chief.

    @Huawei_Europe Years ago #Optus have me a @Huawei loaner mobile phone while mine was sent off for repairs. It was the worst piece of junk I'd ever come across. I gave it back and bought myself a cheap, far superior @NokiaMobile . #Rubbish

    @Optus @NBN_Australia Currently on hold to Optus & online chat. We’ve been told the relocation request we put in doesn’t exist, even though it is in multiple chat threads with Optus who said they’d arrange this. They recognised that our service was previously working, just not with the speed boost WTF

    Had to change providers from Telstra to Optus due to work and I basically get half the internet coverage I once got. Optus is terrible

    @Optus I finalised my account with your service in January, I had 0.00 payment on my bill. Today I receive a bill for $10.00 for “additional data level”. Just to clarify, I am not with your service anymore. Why am I being charged again?

    @thespecialbka That'll never happen...they are self serving scoundrels... he's on too good a wicket. Gladys had to resign in NSW bcoz... the tapes were damming... and ..the corruption blatant...just goes to show... there is no integrity in big business also, she got employed Optus
