Optus (@Optus) reported@enngees Hi there, customers can recharge their service or purchase add-ons online using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or JCB) and PayPal. An Optus service needs to connect to the Optus network for activation, so we generally recommend setting up and activating the SIM once they've arrived in Australia. In the instance that your Optus modem that does not facilitate 4G back-up, our teams will look to provide interim support such as the Optus Internet Assistance Kit. This can be posted or collect from your nearest Optus store. If you hold an Optus Prepaid or Postpaid Mobile service, please don't hesitate to send through a Direct Message, and we can look to apply some Mobile Data to support using your Mobile as a Wi-Fi hotspot in the interim. - Dillon

Why keep pushing something that causes many problems & stress to everyday ppl? Tracing private citizens every move is the objective.
