    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @albericie @Optus I find that Optus do not support Wi-Fi NBN Access at all and I have been told to find another Provider.

    @PaulFletcherMP The LNP have stuffed this up. Done just enough to say it’s complete. I hope we get on the NBN back date project (my $$$ are ready to go) but am not holding my breath. FYI; cell networks really bad here too. Optus + Voda are forget it, Telstra has some 5G but a lot of 3G still.

    2 days ago I mentioned that I had a problem with my iphone. Well I traveled 5.6km from my home to point cook (suburb) @Optus store, there is no Optus store that is closer to my home. The iPhone is working fine according to one of the Optus store staff members, thank goodness,

    @DaveMilbo @Aussie_BB Have had very minimal issues since switching over from Optus cable. Biggest upside since switching has been the increased upload speed (for online backups etc).

    @Optus 2 and half hour phone call... 5 transfers....between 2 teams (billing and retention team)...passive aggressive hold times....30 year customer. Appalling customer service. Happy for you to call me to discuss.
