    @Telstra_news “Telstra operate the nation’s only 5G network”. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure @Optus has 5G too.

    @blake_andersson @Telstra @Optus Go Boost Mobile! I’m with them. Same Telstra network, unlimited Apple Music, more data for less. Pre-paid.

    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @NBN_Australia So it’s day 4 without NBN/landline since the storm on Friday, your website says service has been restored however, @Optus can see there’s still a fault and has organised a technician to come tomorrow if service hasn’t been restored. That’s if anyone turns up. 😡😡

    @Optus Hey, having consistent drop-outs (12:00-2:00pm & 6:30pm-7:00pm) every day for the past couple of months. I’ve spoken to NBN tech support team at least five times and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue or even give me an idea as to why this could be happening.

    @NBN_Australia According to your website, service has been restored however Optus my provider can see that there’s an issue. I have a case reference number but we still don’t know anything.

    Oh yea for those wondering about my @optus situation. Bassicly they have admitted that the tower is just massively over congested and, they are doing nothing about it. Congrats optus for offering a service you know you can't give, what joke. How many people you gonna screw over?

    @Optus so I pre-ordered the Pixel 6 and Pro for me and my partner. The 6 came on the 27th and I just checked about the status of the Pro and got told "I see that the order is stuck and we will have to cancel the current order." ... Wow

    @Telstra I tried. They just told me the system automatically cancelled my order and I needed to go to a store with ID. I appreciate the opportunity to help, but ended up just ordering with Optus which was a lot less hassle. Maybe I can try again in the future and hope things have improv
