Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"
-
Ben (@iB3nji) reported from Wollongong, New South Wales@blake_andersson @Telstra @Optus Go Boost Mobile! I’m with them. Same Telstra network, unlimited Apple Music, more data for less. Pre-paid.
-

-
Jyckel C (@CavillJyckel) reported from Wollongong, New South Wales@EdKent77 @Optus So hard to support from a distance, particularly when she’s distressed already.
-
💧🌱pragmaticleftie 🏴🇮🇪💔 (@roseannebyrne) reported from Kiama, New South Wales@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

-
MrNelli (@MrNe11i) reported@ben_mummery @gooneritis @TheFootyFeed Tell us you only started watching football yesterday without telling us. Arsenal have the most VAR errors since VAR was introduced Fact and even on Optus
-
Con! (@c0n_AU) reported@electricfuture5 Good charger. WiFi would help because there’s piss poor Optus coverage making use of the Tesla or Kia apps hard.
-
Gavin McKenzie (@gav_mck) reported@Optus Have you blocked me?I can't DM my complaint, I have lodged it with your customer service team, expect a prompt response
-
Dave Jones (@eevblog) reportedNow tweeting from my lab machine again with very basic Optus 5G internet. Will have to upload video and stuff from home, but otherwise I'm kinda functional again. No idea when NBN/Telstra will restore the connection, it's been 3 days already so I assume it's very bad. Today is Sunday and tomorrow is another public holiday.
-
landman (@hasselljpb) reported@Maddog6461 @Telstra Optus tower went out round the corner from here and you needed a mobile phone signal to open the padlock!!!
-
Kath (@Kathblue) reportedScrew you @Optus. Putting my plan up again and trying to make it sound better by giving me more data. I don’t use the data I have now. I’ve moved providers so no longer a customer.
-
Allan Cullinger (@AllanMCI47) reported@australian Stan’s coverage is so **** and cost a bomb. Optus sport was way better.
-
𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒍 𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒕𝒕 𝑴𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒘𝒔 🇦🇺 (@DanielSMatthews) reported@eevblog I have both, NBN service stability is far less than Starlink's, so it is my backup. I could probably push traffic through both, did that with Telstra and Optus cable modems back in the day, but Starlink is so fast I haven't needed to bother.
-
Drooling Drummer (@5BNylonTip) reportedIt would now take full two days to send a message to Voyager 1 and receive a reply. Still better than Optus’ mobile network.
-
Bill (Blagoyce - Pronounced "Blagoyche") Anakiev (@BILLTHEDJ) reportedThank you to the NBN/Optus for restoring my internet connection at full speed. For the past 2 months it was working at woeful speeds. I was initially told it was a problem at my end 3 times but it seems the complaining from my end caused action for them to investigate and fix.
