@MicrosoftHelps TY. Your 1st note was accidentally deleted. :/ There was no error message. I subscribe to Office 365. When I tried to add the suite to my iPad, it sent an email link that sent another email link, etc. No link to the app.

I cannot stand that in order to use Autosave in @Office365, I have to save files to the cloud. If I save to the cloud, there are all manner of structural changes that cause problems with the way I’ve learned to use Office for 30 years. There is LESS utility now than before!

jfc microsoft actually co-opted the Hyper hotkey to open Office 365 **** and there's no way to disable it. I had to compile a C++ file that runs on startup to fix it

If @Dropbox added email for teams I'd be dropping @Microsoft Office 365 in a heartbeat. OneDrive is consistently terrible on the mac. Either gets stuck syncing (it's one job) or it decides to eat 150% CPU with nothing to sync.

@office365 - will you please fix your freaking endpoint list to include the destination IP information that your DNS is actually pointing users towards? Inaccurate endpoint data gets old real fast.

@Office365 , @Microsoft Ever going to fix the memory leak in Excel that’s been there since the 1980s? The files I have open total less then 50MB. System mem 32GB. Mem use sits at 90% and climbs when Excel open. Wait time to add a row = approx 1 minute. Not good.

@PaulStollery We started with Office 365 on Mac and the biggest issue was that every PowerPoint was 400MB. Couldn’t PDF them: would kill the GIFs. We’re now G Suite.

@MicrosoftHelps (1/2) Sorry for not replying sooner. I've tried the troubleshooting steps but still have the same issue. Have also restarted my device (although it happens on two different Macs). It's a family Office 365 account that I've been added to if that makes any difference?

Ok someone who gets office 365 please. I am in my email account on old laptop as I have the password saved. But I don’t know what it is. What I thought it was is not working to sign in on new laptop or change password from within the account. How do I find out what password is?

@BlokeOnWheels School IT Technician. During lock down I would get up at the same time, log in and start work at 7 am. Support teachers and pupils over the phone and TeamViewer throughout the day with access to Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, most of whom had never used it before. Log off at 4pm...

@Notes2Melody How many people are caught out and loose a couple of hours due to a random Windows update? Problem with Microshaft, is like Schwab it loves a rent it all model, with nudges to subscribe to Office 365, buy space for One Drive, where your desktop in the cloud not local machine

@zipsays @Office365 No, it's populated into Outlook from the Graph like all Office Store apps. I am not the only one with this probable, and am pretty sure the logical fix is for Microsoft to publish a dummy updated version of the app in the store which just displays instructions to uninstall it...

@SwiftOnSecurity Creating a new MAPI profile is the safer first option (control panel>mail) Also, Microsoft SaRA has come a long way and fixes a good load of Office365 issues (but needs priv escalation from an admin)
