@MicrosoftTeams The voice and video connectivity are as horrible as the totally broken ordering process inside Office 365. Even small providers perform much better. Mobile Teams app stinks with poor audio on the best smartphones. Worse than Skype, WebEx, &Zoom. Far worse that using SIP.
@Outlook In browser (Office 365), I can add anyone in our company directory's calendar so I can view. When I try to do the same through the Outlook 2016 Mac desktop client, I get an error that Outlook cannot open the folder. Makes zero to no sense being it works fine in browser.

I have lost a full day of work... thanks to @surface book issues.. that are still unresolved... and @office365 issues that are still unresolved.... what's wrong.. it is 2019 and we still lose things! even after saving them.... :(
This tweet, "Office365_Tech Lol. So my Office 365 trial ends today. I wen't in to subscribe but you're DOWN. When you cut off a trial user, you really cut off a trial user! #office365" hasn't been tweeted more than 0 times.
@vladcatrinescu @Office365 Yes. I had same error accessing sp online sites 20 mins ago. Now it’s fine. I checked health for incidents. But none. Strange.
@jonralton @Office365 I wonder if it's a cable, server or hack. Seems more physical in nature. Monitoring down detector.
@Office365 Down again. Come on @Microsoft this is happening too much. Time to Consider @GoogleAppsEdu
@MSFT365Status Office 365 authentication, Exchange Online, and OneDrive issues on East Cost...
@Office365_Tech Lol. So my Office 365 trial ends today. I wen't in to subscribe but you're DOWN. When you cut off a trial user, you really cut off a trial user! #office365

@Office365 Outages on the east cost. O365 services going up and down for multiple tenants.
Darrell as a Service 🛎
@bschorr Auth across multiple Office 365 tenants. Win 10 connected accounts constantly fight for control to sign in Office automatically. I have resorted to removing the PC from Azure AD and using a local W10 account. I manually switch Office accounts when working in different tenants
O365 appears to be down. #Office365
@Office365 No it cleared up but it was totally down for me for about 20 mins even tried on another 💻. I live in 365 so when it’s down I am out.
Crowsnest IT Support
The fact that it is 2019 and @Office365 still does not have a "Suspicious login" alert/block ability is just crazy. @Office365 is making life easy for hackers and phishing attacks. Its just stupid.. @Office #NotSmart #Stupid #GetWithTheTimes
Hey, @Office365. I know your new Mac icons are intentionally artsy/pixelated-looking, but man. Every time I glance down at my dock, I think something is broken and it's driving me (unnecessarily) bonkers.
@Tubsta @DLangille @FastMail basically it boils down to people that use office365 messaging bone self hosters, instead of doing sender reputation in a sane way they say regardless of your other spam controls unless you send me E messages a day for T you get auto junked, problem is they don't tell you E or T

@MendeleySupport Just updated to MS Office 365 version 16.24 on my Mac and now my Mendeley MS Word plugin doesn't work with the error File not found: libc.dylib (53) in MendeleyPlugin. Help please
@jamesjefferies @Microsoft Ah thanks James, much appreciated, but it is a weird syncing issue between Windows and my office 365 Business Premium account- as I understand it, they need to do something technical behind the scenes but no one seems to know who needs to do it...
@IanMikutel @mtholfsen I have personal office 365 home subscription. But while logging in to web preview, I get error message as follows. "Selected use account doesn't exist in tenant Microsoft service." 😓.
@Office365 Yes, issue appears with connection to AAD.
@msonenote @Office @Office365 @onedrive And not to mention the still persisting issue that they don't even bother to provide a #Linux version, despite having #Personnel and #Tech in-house that can do that: See @Skype for #Linux and @visualstudio #Code for #Linux!
Atiku says he is bringing Microsft and Oracle as witnesses in his case. They will kuku come. Knowing the guys at Microsoft, apart from letting INEC know there is a patch they can apply to their Windows Server edition, they will offer Atiku Office 365 for his businesses.
@snschuler @Office365 I’ve grown accustomed to its mediocrity, though there are many things I really dislike (i.e. the ribbon). My biggest immediate problem though is that with each release they fix very little, but introduce new major issues. This Icon thing should have been an obvious WTF.
Set up office365 email that didn’t work out. Cancelled, but can’t get it off computer. Getting “you have two office365 accounts” errors. Tech circled my computer for an hour & said that it’s Microsoft problem, not an office one. I put in for a support call, but no one did call me
years have passed, but #Outlook for #OSX is still terrible CPU burner in comparison to #office365... if only later one can get all the right features :(
@Microsoft has so a wonderful ******* bad support @microsoftnl . I am trying to reach a #Office365 for 4 days to get my account fixed. Made already +2 hours phone call, 6 emails from the support, 7 international forward calls and the issue is still not fixed. #fuckmylife
@AzureSupport @azuread No error message but it won't connect to Azure on our Directory Sync service with message that unable to validate credentials. Issues started early morning when SSO failed. And connection to office 365 service is intermittent since then.
@OffshoreArab @Office365 😂 No bad...really annoys me that word won't use proper spelling, even when I've eradicated every trace of that other version. Thankfully @googledocs doesn't have this issue so red lines are gone once more!
@JennMorgan4edu There are a couple of issues with Office 365 that we're looking at, but in the meantime resetting the password and logging in via email should work on web as well.
@wakelet we need office 365 login for the android app.
What the **** #Office365 - part way through writing an email and I get a "Your session has expired you have to log out and back in again". Which involves clicking OK (logout), then a page telling me I should close the browser. No, here's a login box for you. #UXFail

@Office365 I got 2 calls back hours later while I was working. Managed to work around the issue for the time being. Really puts a dent in "productivity" if your productivity suite stops you from being productive.
@JamieGarroch @Office365 @OfficeInsider Just learned this update: Office Insiders can collapse the big ol' searchbox in the title bar. Choose File > Options > General and tick "Collapse the Microsoft Search box by default." It will shrink down to an icon. Yay.
Well, I’ve eaten dinner, decided on tomorrow’s lunch, and grounded some coffee beans for tomorrow morning. Now I’m relaxing. I’m hoping the updates to office live 365 for Mac fixes some accessibility issues. It’s a good thing I was able to use Pages to write my paper in APA.

@mikewhelanjr @AdrianaL @goclio @netdocuments @Office365 @Adobe @casetext When I worked in a startup law firm we used a law clerk’s WestLaw login because it was like $2,000 for our own account 😲
@GadgetsBoy I'm not sure if my work supports Gmail :( they use office 365 I believe. If it drains less battery I am down to try it! I literally use that and Skype a lot during my day.

@Path2SharePoint @zoom_us @Microsoft @MicrosoftTeams I know when we moved to Skype for Business in Office 365, that was the big issue (apart from geolocation latency and internet quality), making sure people had noise cancelling microphones that were certified for Skype. Users saw dramatic call quality increases.
@Office365 You migrated the product before GCC had the teams version that supports it #myGuess your teams have given no ETR. No access to user or admin portals. No login from hubs. No access to saved whiteboards
@TBurdLaw @benjaminswright @bobambrogi @AdrianaL @goclio @netdocuments @Office365 @Adobe @casetext @fastcase @casemakerlegal @EJWalters I didn’t intend to set up a cage match between companies I love. Truth is, this has a lot more to do w style/culture/feel than we care to admit. Both my iPhone and my son’s Samsung had issues, but I’m an iPhone person so I’m patient w it. In the end you just try and choose.
BTW, @Office365, I'm already at this point, I've looked at your forums of bug posts & suggestions, & find stuff like this or just sitting there unworked on 5-10 years old & I want the same thing. Stop asking for tickets when you WON'T FIX ANYTHING.
Yesterday I had a support call with Microsoft for Office 365. The resolution they gave me boiled down to "reimage the computer because it's not a problem with Office 365." Today I've received 5 PHONE CALLS and three emails from them "following up." aka "we wanna close this"
Microsoft Office365 reports an issue with mail failing to send to certain domains. No more specifics known at this time, but be aware there if you have issues sending email this morning, this larger cloud issue is the likely cause. We will post updates as available.
Like I said earlier go back to your nice clean, sterile, safe office. We understand your ignorance to reality inside the fence as you don’t work there 24/7/365 like us. It’s not your fault for being deaf on the issues, you don’t understand what we do.
Analysis of s9rver[.]ru (IP: 31.220.52[.]25) identified a broader #phishing campaign using 19 #faux #Office365 login pages to target 17 users from 9 orgs in 7 countries. Other related IOCs: direct[.]data-startls[.]com -->31.220.21[.]94, cloud-store[.]link --> 31.220.48[.]200

What I was able to do within minutes on the @Office365 hotline a total of 3 times so far: Confirm or deny the call being recorded. What I was able to do on the hotline a total of 0 times so far: Talk to a person who could help me solve my problem.
@mediatemplehelp i'm having trouble setting up my email on my Office 365 Outlook app on my samsung galaxy note I was able to get it working on my desktop version... it wants the server and the domain/username
Migrated email to @Office365 per @GoDaddy recommendation. Email immediately hacked and sending out thousands of spam. Five days later it's winding down but still a problem and the GoDaddy guides, while easily available, are of little help. @gsuite here I come.
@Office365 Update just rolled out. Now I am running 16.24. The sign-in problem is still there though.. 😩
Listen up folks, just throwing all #Office365 Features at the user, hoping the tech will solve your Org issues, is not #FutureOfWork #NewWork, *salut @dhinchcliffe*
This tweet, "Just spent 1.5 hours figuring out how to renew MS Office 365 from a different payment method. Given up & now just embraced KeyNote on my Apple Mac! I so understand now why the products of Microsoft have gone down the drain!" hasn't been tweeted more than 0 times.

Busy setting up a new server for a first school and an @Office365 migration for 2 schools. Happily working away on our devices in a staff room and answering calls as we use VOIP so we have a portable office.
In order to access the survey you will need to login through Office365. If you are an alumni, this should also be available to you but please let me know if it is not.

@OfficeSupport No error messages or code encountered. Yes, this is Office 365 for Business. It is slow or gets stuck, Ctrl+C doesn't work properly, hyperlinking is not the same, cursor vanishes after a new window is opened, and has limited functionalities (compared to OneNote 2016).
@EvGBeats @Office365 Terrible new icon design. Makes them seem child like, I though it was a new Google icon for a second!
@azuresupport #azTechHelp Hi, when I try to verify a custom domain in Azure Active Directory I receive the following error: "This domain has been previously configured on an existing Azure AD or Office 365..." The support for this error hasn't helped me resolve the issue.
Problem solving with Windows 7,8,10, Free upgrade to Windows 10, MS Office 2013,2016,2019,365 installation, Microsoft Visio Professional 2016,2019 installation, Microsoft Project 2016,2019 installation. All work can be done at any convenient time (day or night) using TeamViewer.
@MalwareJake Except that Office365 makes it the default reply option! It's terrible!

Hey @msonenote . I'm a huge fan and I've been using OneNote for over 11 years, literally live on it. I've loved it until now, since I got the latest @Office365 and OneNote moved to @Windows instead. #UI is terrible!! Basic stuff like CTRL+C, Full Screen, etc. are buggy! #SOS
