@Office365 is an awful company and product that allows fraud to occur and does not fix or reimburse the victim.

  • BJCobb56 BJ Cobb (@BJCobb56) reported

Thank you @Apple and @Office. Deleting Office 365 resolved the primary issue. I had a minor one afterward: Office 2011 wasn't appearing in Launchpad. I moved the App to Trash then "Put Back." Everything has resumed as before.

  • Rosiecat2 Angry Bird Flies (@Rosiecat2) reported

@EmmaGx @PeterTelford @Go4gold100 @LibDems Thanks for that, unfortunately I t/ferd my mail into office 365 and lost lots of mail and others got "unsorted" from the gmail folders they were in into a terrible mess as there were over 2000 emails😲 I'll hang on till I hear from them 😀

  • dpisa007 David Pisa (@dpisa007) reported

@xenappblog For Windows use KMS or VM activation (Hyper-V). Office 365 would be tricky maybe VAMT with proxy activation, but best use office 2026/19 with KMS easier to manage You don’t want rush in because Office is not working

  • PaulMinda1 Paul Minda (@PaulMinda1) reported

@andpru @PBarmby @paulgribble I tried the office 365 sync and it detected my account but served an error. Google does sync, though so it will pre-fill options and automatically add.

  • rizamarhaban Riza Marhaban (@rizamarhaban) reported

@DanJSiegel No. Just imagine if all will be called by Azure, e.g Azure OS for Windoes 10, Azure Edge for Microsoft Edge, Azure Office for Office 365, Azure Studio for Visual studio, etc. Ridiculous to me. Diversified products is a good thing. If one's go down, the other can go up.

  • GarrettJimenez Garrett Jimenez (@GarrettJimenez) reported

@MicrosoftHelps Original service request 1481044411 /SRX1482158530ID. Still being charged for Office 365 and still can’t cancel. I was speaking with Rinna from corporate but they closed my support ticket even though my issues weren’t taken care of. I’ll be calling BBB today.

  • charleeshroyer Charlotte Shroyer (@charleeshroyer) reported

Microsoft doesn't care about its customers. Still trying to work out problem: Microsoft states I did not pay for Office 365. I have payment confirmation from PayPal and dlcredit card company. Now will try new strategies. Waiting to see if I hear back from email to CEO-ha, ha

  • devicenull Rich Jefferson (@devicenull) reported

Farewell @Dropbox .. my impending renewal in October along with your ridiculous 3-device policy on free accounts (which is causing problems for the rest of my family) has finally getting me to migrate everything to the OneDrive space already I get with my @Office365 subscription.

  • Emily_RUrquhart Emily Rose (@Emily_RUrquhart) reported

@Office365 your customer service is terrible. I've been going in the same loop and getting no answers for an hour. - I've tried speaking to your robot already so more robots won't work

@julesxanne @Oliver_JHoward iCloud 200gb is just RM11.90 p/m. Kalau ada office365 I think ada 1TB cloud storage iinm. Plenty of backup options. External pun murah je 😉Just be aware of Apple’s new low profile keyboard la. Banyak problem, especially when dusts masuk bawah keycaps. Kena rajin bersihkan 😅

  • Davkas2005 Robert L. (Davkas) (@Davkas2005) reported

@aud10m0dd3r @mcrKirei @Yirggzmb @TheNerdCloset Well, I also think that part of the problem is if you are installing Office 365 from your work licenses on a home machine (I'm allowed I believe 3-5 home installs from my work license), Office can't tell the difference between what is a home machine and a work machine.

  • jamielalaporte Jamie LaPorte (@jamielalaporte) reported

@jbry_tech @MicrosoftTeams @MicrosoftHelps @Office365 @MSFTIssues @Microsoft365 @Microsoft LOL kind of actually... I think it's 2 separate issues. I'm not sure Microsofts own app caused unknown logins and the whole other issue with Right Networks but it was scary.

@Griggity Microsoft used to sell box copies of office and the individual office apps if you wanted to go that route, now they sell you monthly/yearly subscription to office 365. This is the model game pass is following. MS has been down this road, they know what they are doing.

Unfortunately, I'm losing faith in Microsoft and their support. Azure and Office365 have non-trivial issues, but yet I have to go back and forth with support, and get nowhere.

  • Battlehogtoo Joe Friday (@Battlehogtoo) reported

@JoeNBC If you attempted opening the doc from an email, you may have been phished and your creds are now compromised. Assuming this was Office365 login screen. You need to check with IT.

Three months into a transition from G-Suite to Office 365, and I still can't believe how terrible the Microsoft experience is. Bugs. Cluttered UI. Slow. I'm frankly shocked at how substandard it is compared to G-Suite.

  • KenArmstrong41 Ken Armstrong (@KenArmstrong41) reported

so this is fun: mandatory Windows 10 update and now @Google in the form of Gmail has decided Office 365 is too insecure for me to use for my gmail addresses. Two words for google: fix it.

  • OllySteeley Olly Steeley (@OllySteeley) reported

  • 1sttimetwitt Haha (@1sttimetwitt) reported

@AskJeevesIsBest @carmironpe @Microsoft @TIME You forgot one of the most unreliable 💩 @Office365 I must deal with this 💩 daily. And I brought it to our company. We spend 100k p/y and support is clueless simply because o365 is its glitchy and buggy. They admit it themselves - quote from their tickets “it’s just a glitch”

  • keithrozario keith (@keithrozario) reported

Just got office365 for me and the family, set it up yesterday ... I must say, the passwordless login using Microsoft Authenticator is pretty slick. But I can’t find an option to keep the password.

@the_warboy_nux @6502_ftw Well my biggest issue currently is most of the last decade I was a Sys Admin for a business unit at my company, which means I dealt with the vm, and not the iron, so I got none of the vm experience, and our company choose Google apps and everyone seems to want Office365

@wynnde13 @erinscafe Office 365 has that shit as the "main button". I have to " click down & choose" reply to sender. It's like they are daring people to be fired or start a never ending chain of "please stop pressing reply to all, we all see this"

@andrewconnell @Office365 @SharePoint @Microsoft Last year I was asked by what was on the plan for the next year. I said modernising sites to make use easier for users and reduce support and maintenance costs. Clean up existing content and fix a doc library tech issue we have. Response was muted.

@A_Aspuru_Guzik @Office Been there, A! Warning: I lost work, and Office blocked editing on a laptop, when a 365 subscription expired and I reinstalled from scratch instead of renewing. Possibly human error somewhere, but software should NOT do this.

@sharepointbabe @zimmergren @Office365 @MSFT365Status Sometimes there is just some slow responses from some infrastructure that does not make any alerts. This morning I had trouble getting through to the team admin center. 5 minutes later all working again. Azure health status is also a good site to watch.
