We spend 100k p/y and support is clueless simply because o365 is its glitchy and buggy. They admit it themselves - quote from their tickets “it’s just a glitch”

    Just got office365 for me and the family, set it up yesterday ... I must say, the passwordless login using Microsoft Authenticator is pretty slick. But I can’t find an option to keep the password.

    @the_warboy_nux @6502_ftw Well my biggest issue currently is most of the last decade I was a Sys Admin for a business unit at my company, which means I dealt with the vm, and not the iron, so I got none of the vm experience, and our company choose Google apps and everyone seems to want Office365

    @wynnde13 @erinscafe Office 365 has that shit as the "main button". I have to " click down & choose" reply to sender. It's like they are daring people to be fired or start a never ending chain of "please stop pressing reply to all, we all see this"

    ICTS engineers have resolved the problem affecting access to Outlook Web App, the Outlook client and some Office 365 applications. All Office 365 applications are once again available. Our engineers are continuing to monitor the situation.

I said modernising sites to make use easier for users and reduce support and maintenance costs. Clean up existing content and fix a doc library tech issue we have. Response was muted.

    not a lot of uncp students know this, but every microsoft program is free for students! just sign in on bravemail outlook and head to office 365. then download microsoft apps. FREE.

    @A_Aspuru_Guzik @Office Been there, A! Warning: I lost work, and Office blocked editing on a laptop, when a 365 subscription expired and I reinstalled from scratch instead of renewing. Possibly human error somewhere, but software should NOT do this.

This morning I had trouble getting through to the team admin center. 5 minutes later all working again. Azure health status is also a good site to watch.

    @babrooks5 Office 365. You’ll use your school email to login, it will take you to the myTSU sign in , sign in and then you should see your school email, pp, word and etc.

    @thebyrdlab I work in a company full of windows users. I use Office 365 for Mac and never have a problem. Word, PowerPoint, excel all work fine natively. No need for parallels. The newer MacBook pros are just as light as the air.

    @Microsoft I am very frustrated by continued issues when using a vpn; I travel a lot for work and use VPNs for personal data security, when I connect to my vpn I routinely run into issues connecting to accounts in outlook, using onedrive and using general office365 software

    @VdeFrise I had to repair an installation of Office 365 on a Terminal Server, because somebody installed a 32bit product onto their 64 bit installation, and it *****'d their email, et al. Whole installation borked and I basically had to do it over, and it didn't wanna do the volume license

    @Microsoft365 @Office365 @Yammer I don't get the obsession with teams and yammer. Neither of these are well-designed, and our shop and our clients are pretty well unified on hatred of the design. Teams takes up easily 3x the screen it should, and yammer is a terrible "social" tool.

    @kennwhite If I'm on an internal network and go to log into office 365 instead of hitting my internal adfs server for SSO I'll get the record for my external proxies instead and it'll either break because of hairpin routing or it will show me as external when I'm not. That's bad.

    @Windows Hi yes. I was working for a client and had an Office 365 account. When I left the organisation I removed the account from my laptop an that's when the issues started it wants me to log into the company account management page but I can't do this as the account does not exist!

    @OfficeSupport Update - I tried from a desktop and the link loads. To be specific, this is a KNOWN issue with Outlook in the situation where a company has migrated from G-Suite to Office 365 using internal tools. The link I gave says exactly that AND says there's a workaround. [cont.]

    @LinusTech Office 365 Suite offers a lot of what I need and simply works better on Windows than on MacOS, naturally so. It's eventually down to choice, but I've never wanted a piece of software only to find out it doesn't run on windows. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for macOS.

    Office 365 is a nightmare for public/kiosk devices. They really need a low-dose device license option, where the user can still login for file/settings retrieval.
