@playnewworld The game is ran by Amazon. You know, the same company that shits on their employees, gives them unrealistic time frames to get projects/orders done, and fires them when they can’t get it done. They don’t have dedicated developers. I enjoy the game but for the love of god. Fix it.

@playnewworld I play EU and I got these errors too. After I re-entered the game, the error disappeared, but I lost all the items that were purchased in the store. I cannot write to Amazon technical support, because I cannot enter - the site gives an error 😡

@playnewworld Just as expected People are going to keep saying the same thing as everyone else. Yes they know you can't log in, they know stuff is missing in game, and yes this is an issue that stems beyond New World to all of Amazon. Just have to wait for a fix.

@playnewworld Servers being down is just a little less populated than when they are up... But Amazon doesn't care. And this is a self inflicted outage since its also Amazon (AWS services). Thank you Amazon for stopping the Tolkien MMO... imagine what a huge waste of IP that would have been!

@TechToyTinker @playnewworld Shoot I'll be happy with a refund and not coming back to this game, I'm usually pretty patient because I know how mmo's go, however this game has more problems by the day then they have fixes for which makes the game unstable and frankly unenjoyable. 10/10 I would not come back

@nunya_john @green_grow_ @playnewworld Either way whether this is server or game based. Look at history the most renowned MMORPG (WoW) in the entirety of the original game was latent with disconnects and server problems. Wasn't until expansion when they even started getting it under control.
