It’d be the best move for players who kept buying currency when the game was empty and broken. It’s in your hands; if you can’t maintain it, the community can.

Remember that all of the money you spend on these games has a 100% guarantee that when the game inevitably DOES SHUT DOWN... you not only lose your time but ALL of the money you invested in the game. 🤑

The game had its issues, but for me personally it was a perfect blend of everything I enjoy about an MMO and was really laid back. I’ve never been a min/maxed or hardcore PvP player though and I noticed most people that I saw complaining were hardcore PvP driven and the type to rush through content and then complain there wasn’t any.

J (@Jesse__Kelley) reported@NWGameStatus @playnewworld Fix the ******* queue every time at 5 it’s goes past 1,000 & sit and wait for 45 min to get in to having your game crash when I fast travel & sit in queue again. Insane how you don’t realize it . Embarrassing!

The way this game was monetized was very fair to the consumer, but not sustainable in the eyes of money hungry amazon. Creating and maintaining a live service MMO is a money pit and new world wasn’t bring in the $$$.
