  @playnewworld there is a company on our server mass reporting other company governors and consuls so they're temp banned while territories are able to be war-dec'd. Is there a solution for this problem currently in the works? Just walking in town can get me banned now.

  Waiting in a queue for hours only to see myself get the "failed to configure" connection error right as I get ready to load in. @playnewworld get your **** together. We paid $$$ for this.

  @playnewworld Why don't you fix your servers first. If you get DC'd you shouldn't go right back into the back of the queue. There's a reason players are resorting to these methods.

  @Teknifye @playnewworld That's exactly my thoughts. It doesn't really feel rewarding as you grind/level. The leveling milestone aren't enough. A good MMO needs a good time sink, but having something more to break up the monotony while also levelling would be nice. Typical problem with most MMORPG's.

  @playnewworld who would I contact with an issue redeeming my Twitch skin drops, I've watched the required amount of time etc and on twitch showing all my drops redeemed, My account is linked and I received the twitch prime exclusive skins, just not the drops?

  @playnewworld Imagine lagging out crashing or just simply getting off the game, just to have to wait 4-10 hours to play the game again. Opening up new worlds, letting players switch worlds isn’t going to fix anything for players who have put 60+ hours in on their world with their company.

  @playnewworld Messed up tbh. People are doing everything simply to prevent falling into a 5 hour login Q which also fails 90% of the time after a few hours. Increase the damn server cap.

  @golgotah91 @playnewworld That's a whole different problem anyway. There are more people in the queues than the server capacity can alllow in. So even if you kicked everyone in the game, you'd still be in the queue. That is why they are working on increasing server capacity & add new servers. ~Ark

  @playnewworld We are getting Lag Detected and kicked to QUEUE. This is impacting 500+ players at same time and moving us to the queue. Its occurring during the WARs. Is there some kind of memory or server issue when this events happen, which cause players to be kicked?

  @playnewworld Could you think about adding a reconnect feature of sorts? i.e when people dc and it's not their fault and it might be a server issue or the game in general?

  @playnewworld You could fix this by requiring the player to be active by gathering resources, crafting, combat by pve/pvp, etc. That would reduce que times significantly, since people have to sleep and can't stay up forever. Auto-running into walls allows them to block others from joining in.

  @BrianClough_IRE @playnewworld Yea but the fix then would be to move servers to play with your friends/guild meaning 100 people (if the guild is full) are moving servers which doesn't fix anything but just create problems on another server. They need to up the server capacity by atleast 4x the current amount

  @playnewworld I've just been kicked again as Factions go to War now I'm in a Que of over 900+ Thanks for not putting a timer on crash outs so your place doesn't get taken. My stream is f**ked now.
