And, I must say that I certainly got my money's worth, what with the 770+ hours I've invested into the game. It's my cozy game. I enjoy leveling my gathering & crafting skills. The constant creation and merging of servers instead of system overhauls was just one of the things that turned me off.

The way this game was monetized was very fair to the consumer, but not sustainable in the eyes of money hungry amazon. Creating and maintaining a live service MMO is a money pit and new world wasn’t bring in the $$$.

VERY frustrating for the playerbase

New world would do GREAT as Community hosted content or even as a sub based service as long as it wasn't pay to win. Remove the entire dev team, swap to sub base system. and start rebuilding with a team that gives a ****.
