@playnewworld fixing SA server when?, the server alatyr is completaly broken, the dungeon of level 25 its buggued and we cant progress, its all desync, and people having a bug to dont take any damage, since day 1 this and nothing of you guys, this is a urgent fix

@playnewworld Not going to lie you all had way to much time for us to be experiencing issues like this. windowed/fullscreen broken, same bugs as closed beta, crashes putting u to back of hr long ques. Only solution to 1 problem is to split the community and guilds up bc of lack of listening!

@playnewworld Keep getting kicked out of queue as soon as I'm in the first one in the queue. It keeps giving me the same error "CONNECTION ERROR: Failed to configure". It's been happening all day and I cannot access my character.

@playnewworld And **** SA servers ? we have bug of people getting invulnerable and abusing of this bug, Amrine Dg not working making impossible to continue the main story and no pronouncement about it.

@meowzheok @playnewworld I'd say verify your files. Maybe something happened. Not sure haven't seen that error before but could be something to do with either the files on your PC or your account.

@playnewworld I’ve now been kicked from server queue 3 times. As more and more people join the further I get set back. From 400 to 700 to 800 and now 1000. This is the only issue with the game as far as I see it. Figure it out.

@AWS @playnewworld please get together i mean this server queue thing shouldnt be an issue at all and should be a bragging point for you to show how quickly you can resolve this with the mother ship support.

If they dont let us join on whatever server we want with out character o dont see how this would be fix. Unless the game start dying.

@playnewworld Dear Amazon, do we want to solve the problem of the infinite queues to enter a server? It takes me from two to four hours to play a game and, for someone like me who works during the day, all this becomes impossible.

@playnewworld It's expected with how popular the game was in the beta we ran into the same issue and now that it's released it expected you can only plan ahead so much and no game ever has ever had a no wait queue time so we appreciate what your doing do get us in the game

@Curious3D @thesupprincess @playnewworld There are actually multiple types of errors. The one you mean is the "too many requests". But there is a "configuration error" which puts them automatically behind, even without restarting manually.

@playnewworld 1\ Launch the game and get a 6000 players queue. 2\ After 2 hours you're still at 5000 players queue, you can't refund anymore. 3\ After 8 hours and 600 players left, get an error and start at 16000 players queue. 4\ GOTO 1

Sorry all, stream is going to need to be cancelled tonight. @playnewworld still hasn't addressed the queue issues and ive been sitting around 2000 in the queue for a while. Let's hope when I get back from the charity event this weekend, things will be in a better place.

@playnewworld Phasing server instances have been a thing since Anarchy Online in 2001. Eliminate the 2000 player cap and run instances. Problem solved.

@playnewworld I'm loving the game but whenever I go to collect quests in town hall the game crashes putting me back in the server queue for another 2 hrs. I'm having a great time when I'm playing but theres gotta be a fix for server disconnects or crashes.
