@playnewworld adding new servers does not solve the current queue issues, majority of my mates and myself have spent more than 3 hours leveling our characters, we certainly are not doing that all over again. fix. your. ****.

@playnewworld Keep getting "lag detected" 5 minutes after finally getting into the server. hours of queue time to literally just get booted off and be back in a queue again. Had 0 issues during betas. Thanks.

@playnewworld I see that Lag Detected still happens. Is there no system in place to keep reserve a slot while being kicked out like that? now I'm in a 1000 queue and it's probably gonna take a few hours before getting in. :/

@playnewworld Are you going to sort the EU servers out? couldnt play yesterday as kept getting error codes whilst queuing, this morning have queued from 500 down to 100, kicked out with error and now 867 in queue. Used my last days holiday to play today.....

@SiriousKairus @playnewworld You have to stick but due to all the issues atm the developers have said they will let people transfer characters to other servers for free, so I guess when the queue stabilise I’ll pick a server to make my home LOl

@playnewworld 100% most of the people saying just up the world sizes did not play beta, because if you did add 2k more people it would probably lag you tf out, that is A LOT of bandwidth and for your pc to process.

@playnewworld Work for resolve issue in capacity of servers don’t open others!!! You fail all game!! New World admins are noobs, cuz you had problem a lot of player can’t play and you think to open another world… really its stupid! Resolve issue what you had and let your players enjoy game!

@playnewworld Hey folks. Know you're swamped. Can you please; A) implement a 20 min afk timer kick B) give a 5 min queue grace period for people who crash/get DC'd C) open up free transfers off the big servers ASAP You've made a great game that is inaccessible right now.

@playnewworld I love the game but I have not been able to play since yesterday! Long queues and "if" I manage to get to the top of the queue I get login error. It's a pity that you pay for a game and you can't play it...

@solidnano @playnewworld @atinyoldman This is why they had testing... and only about 1/5th of people who are playing today played the test betas. Help in play testing if you want servers to be at peak performance, or you're going to have to deal with these issues at launch. It's that simple. Wait in queue. Or don't.

@playnewworld I just checked the server status page, and apparently, my server, Midgard, is not full, yet the queue is crawling forward logging in 3 users per 5 minutes or something like that. Any updates on the queue issues for EU?

@playnewworld there’s a queue problem because people want to join the same world, not separate ones. Adding new worlds is just fixing one small aspect and not the main one.
