@playnewworld Been in queue since 3pm its 7:35pm and i've just been disconnected. I know there are issues but this is not acceptable. All the hype i had is fading. Going to another server will not help i'm at 25 on char and not gonna do that all over.

Well done @playnewworld for an absolute terrible launch experience. Sit in a queue for ages and then a connection failed error. Maybe use some of the tax you don't pay to prop things up a bit?

Man I don't mind long queue times, this isn't my first MMO but @playnewworld you need to add queue forgiveness, getting kicked for an error that isn't your fault and sit back in queue is the real annoying part. Give us 5 minutes to get back in!

New World Experience: Queue up around 4pm. 2.400 people queue Have disconnect errors from servers pop up ever 30-90 minutes so you need to requeue Place in Queue 3.5 hours later: 2.754 **** you @playnewworld , I'm going back to quality games.

@playnewworld This is not the solution - the problem is you make a character on a server and the next day you cannot get on any more - it just repeats. You need to increase capacity and reliability of the backend - the queues keep kicking people out.

@playnewworld has the worst queue system going atm that ive ever seen! Spend 2 hrs waiting in queue to then get a connection error and put at the back of the queue, clever going 👏🏻 just 2k players now in front of me

@playnewworld Please, explain to me why did my game shown an error after waiting in the queue for litterally 5 hours today. I was finally 200th and then i get an error and reset back to 4 thousand queue. Please fix that at least i just want to play the game i paid for

The problem with the @playnewworld launch are not the q times. You will have those at every launch. The issue is getting kicked OUT of said q every hour or so. That’s a No-Go and a legit cause to be disappointed considering the backing behind this game.

@playnewworld This actually helps a lot. Was the most frustrating issue for me, in addition to the long queues. Being kicked out the queue due to this error, after waiting 2 hours, was... kind of meh
