Hey @playnewworld That's a genius idea btw, what you do is make login ques take over 2 hours so that if people are playing it on steam, they cannot refund it since the 2 hour period of "Login screen simulator" will have taken up the time. Shady af

Imagine having beta period after beta period and STILL have 8 hour queues and when people CAN log in, they get "LAG DETECTED" and can't play. Worst part is I can't even refund it because the queue was over 2 hours. @playnewworld

@playnewworld entered que at 11k 30 mins after server launch, got down to 6800, took a nap and woke up to a nice surprise that I was kicked from que from an error and now back at 12k. We don't need more servers, we need higher server capacity. New World is more like Que World at this point

@playnewworld Do you want to know how to fix the queue issue? Find a way to kick the inactives that are macro crawling, jumping while taking breaks instead of getting kicked.

@playnewworld y'all need to fix these queues. Crashed, got thrown into queue, crashed while in queue, now back twice as many spots as before. Make the queue based on the area you are trying to get into and not just server wide ffs

@playnewworld A couple of suggestions: 1. You need a queue placeholder so that disconnects and random errors don't kick you out of line (5 minute timeout giving time for a restart). Look at fiveM as an example. 2. To go with this a fast queue for recent disconnects/crashes.

@playnewworld Not being able to even login to play on launch is like mmo gaming beginning class 101 man how many mmos in the years have had this issue. You know you’ve gotten millions of dollars out of this game before launch and thought 20 servers was sufficient with 2k capacity. Literal math

@playnewworld wonderful. Was waiting 45 mins from 360 Q down to 80 and server error. Checked some larger streamers, all in the 700+ Q. Good luck to get people into the game.

Woke up early af signed on right when servers opened for @playnewworld . Hit with 3700Q wait took me 4.5 hours. Then I play for 2. Get a critical error. Booted. And reQ at 526 at 1:30 it’s been four + hours again. And I’m only at 411. Do I reqeue? Or wait it out?

@playnewworld I suggest you emulate FFXIV and make multiple instances on each server where the players can all login, there could be say 4 instances of each server as an example. 2k players per instance

@playnewworld 5 hours without an update. Let us change servers willingly until this is fixed, the amount of crashes and lag detected disconnections put a toll on our patience, we just want to play and most of us can't.

@playnewworld FIX THE ******* GOD MODE BUG. Force a ******* server restart because we already know logging out and back in is what fixes it. Too many little shits running around in PVP flag that can't be damaged. Also, Just died to one and no respawn button so had to relog...

@playnewworld after getting the "Lag Detected" message and getting booted, a lot of players are unable to rejoin after queuing and getting the "timed out while waiting for server to spawn the player" message. any update on when this will be fixed? waited in several queues to get timed out

@ExodusArias @playnewworld Yeah that's fair. I'm a bit shocked how Amazon with there AWS service was able to run out of slots and free servers.... Seems very backwards for a company that offers hosting lol
