@playnewworld Hello there, could you also please make a thing so that when you disconnect you still have spot reserved for like 5 minutes? Unless you get kicked for AFK. It happened to me multiple times now that my game crashes in the dungeon and I can't return into it because I get into queue

@playnewworld Just disconnected and now once again I'm in a queue that will take 4+ hours, so basically I'm not playing tonight. 1 week into the game and still the same problems since launch. I'm on the fence if I should be investing myself in this game. This is really poor.

@playnewworld do something with the invasion portals...alot of games freezen on the fights and then 1000+ in Q and funny at all...that is the main lvling thing at the moment fix those game crashes

Hey @playnewworld, Can you fix the bug where hotkeys are activating while I'm typing something? I can't type a message of the day, my trading post constantly cancels due to it and it's just really problematic when I can't type in a MMO.

@playnewworld What you need to do is fix this "lag detected" crap that makes the game unplayable for so many of us for no reason. You literally have people sitting on the same network with 1 person getting "lag detected" every 5 min while the other one has no issue. Fix it!

@playnewworld we have some questions…. Why is there no grace period for when your game crashes? There are so many bugs that cause these issues. When can we expect some bug fixes? The list of issues is getting out of control and all you have done is fix half a afk fix.

My employer has been decimated lately due to Covid related labor issues. Had a sore throat and was a bit tired yesterday so I stayed home as a precaution. Went in today, still sore throat (hard to talk) but fine otherwise. Got sent home. I guess more time to play @playnewworld

In the middle of Starstone Barrows Expedition on @playnewworld - hit with a crash (no explaination, just game closed while healing the group) Try to get back in ASAP... click play less than one minute after crash.... 695 queue. The fact there's no grace period is dumb.

@playnewworld The Amrine Excavation has been hella bugged on Emathia and from what I hear, several other servers for days now. Could you provide an update? Even just acknowledge that you know and are working to fix it? Pretty troublesome considering it's a main quest.

@playnewworld I get always the ingame message lag detected and then the game disconnent me, aber 4 hours in queue im finally again ingame and then it crashs im so done...please give us as soons as possible the free server transfer

@smoresandoreos @NWCompendium @playnewworld Kicking 100 people who are AFKing is not going to change the fact a lot of these servers have queues upwards of 700 people. Those 100 people will only rejoin the queue increasing it again. Fundamentally the issue is server capacity

@playnewworld this is unbearable to play. I waited for 2 and a half hours in queue, I start playing, I get a disconnect after 15 minutes at most, I don't get a few min window to get back in, instead, 2k queue now... How long until the transfer tool is ready?

@playnewworld my game crashes everyday at the same time and I get s fatal error everyday 18:30 to 18:40 CET , I wonder if something goes on server side at that time that causes the fatal error, after that time window game works fine
