@playnewworld You guys did 2 beta. It is clear how much the game has been played in beta and how many copies it has sold. Maybe fix the game/server rather promoting influencers and some ****** cosplays ?

@RobertDevious @playnewworld Yea could be the case...though if other regions would not have flooded the EU servers, it would have been a lot smoother. I guess they did not want to deal with multiple issues on the different region's servers at the same time, which is better.

@playnewworld What options is there to change realm later? A issue I see on my EU realm is that player base "claim" it as a dutch server. personally it doesn't matter atm, but if it becomes a problem I don't rly want to stay here as I'm not dutch.

@Real_Farming @playnewworld And they don't scale well because they were meant to scale for the load that would be put on them from all the european players. They were NOT to scale for the a majority of the rest of the world. So yeah not having a global launch is still the problem.

@playnewworld Trying to launch New World with a GTX 3090 Aorus Xtreme, and every single time it will cause my card to go under load and crash. Supplied fix does NOT work. Drivers are updated. FPS was capped at 60. Nothing. New World NOT safe for GTX 3090. #MMO #NewWorldMMO

@Spike_Spiegel28 @playnewworld It's a Tuesday morning in Europe. I would hazard the guess that >75% of the playerbase is at work and can't play right now. In 8 hours, when people had dinner - US players have their own servers and the same problem occurs, now with "legitimate" EU-players.

@fleshfurnace @XaryenMaelstrom @playnewworld It would require them to learn from other's mistakes. And they just didn't. Not only that, they didn't seem to learn from their own either. Because even in beta, the login process was dodgy.

@playnewworld its because we HAVE to wait... as an IT guy, i have an idea how difficult netwoking issues are to solve.. but damn you are back up by AWS and postponed the game 3 times for about 2 yrs.. netwoking is everything for a live service game

@Real_Farming @playnewworld While there maybe some problems I don't think that they will be anywhere near as severe as they are now. The bigger problem european players will face is prolly finding a at least somewhat decent name for their chars because a lot of them gonna be taken.

But my point is, even though that is happening, if a queue lenght is 10k and it's a problem, then this means they have not learned how to MMO. Meanwhile other MMOs launch with several hundred thousand unexpected players and you wait 10 minutes.
