@playnewworld This queue system is simply maddening. If you're in game and lag-detected for a few seconds - it queues you to rejoin! Imagine waiting hours to join, only to disconnect and get thrown to the back of the line. Two friends got to the front and were disconnected before joining.

@kirkbushell @playnewworld Servers are set up in sets/groups. Adding servers that are standalone is one thing, adding servers that can quickly, easily, and automatically be merged together when player bases die down is the reason why they must take all servers down to do this.

Been waiting all day to get on and play @playnewworld with my friends just to sit in que for hours!! Made it to about 40th in que then hit escape thinking I was on another task and booted me right out of que. Now the long wait happens again... @amazon fix your ****.

Prepped for @playnewworld launch for months, had insane 1-60 sub 50hour runs on betas/alphas with 0 crashes. Cant get in during official launch cause of Q's and when i get in i crash almost instantly with no error message even after 16hours of troubleshooting. im done ggs

@TheEwizzle @playnewworld There’s something to the tune of 45x the number of people playing right now than any beta. The bigger problem is undoubtedly that something broke that required fixing, not an issue of server load

So after a long *** day, multiple accounts, and a tab of acid, I still can't get @playnewworld to work. Keep getting the same issue after purchasing the game on multiple accounts. After searching through forums, I can't find anyone with the same issue. ******* Bullshit.

@playnewworld When you waited from 110 to 10 for about four hours in the open queue, and then get kicked due to an error and have to re-queue again at 118 it is a kick in the teeth. Can there please be a five minute grace period? I'm ready to cry right now. #why #supersucks

.@playnewworld Haven't really been able to play on my chosen server today been booted out of Heliopolis queue 3 times with a "mm_loginservices_InternalServerErrorException" But luckily it hasnt broken my spirit been just chilling waiting to get in for just around 13-14 hours now.

@playnewworld Servers are so badly broken timers when you recall are glitched if you die there is a chance you cant respawn anywhere then you have to wait in queue Also armine dungeon is just broken it lags so bad in the dungeon then when you leave your abilities are on cooldown for 360k sec

@playnewworld Any idea when you are going to fix or support your users? I just sat in queue for 4 hours, up to 50ish in queue from 1400...only to have a 'Network Error'. Oddly enough, my wife beside me who also waited 4+ hours got in.
