Really unimpressed with @playnewworld been queueing 2 hrs, then theres a sudden error with their login, restart, 900+ people queue...If its like this when im back at work I wont be playing, I cant finish work, wait 3 hrs to get in a game with 1 hour to play...please fix this...

@playnewworld You should increase the amount of people in the ser, if this came you would not have this problem because no one wants to spend more than 5 hours waiting in line to play and worse make a new account.

@playnewworld Instead of spending time coming up with solutions for peoples ingenuity in solving the biggest issue with the game, just fix the queuing issue. I’m a fan of the game but know that if I’m not in the queue by 8.30am then I’m not playing that day. Name another game with this issue

@playnewworld Stop being dumb and add a 2-3min re-login grace period so we can clear UI bugs. You know, bugs that should have been fixed before release. So amateur hour to not have a reloadui command.

@febretv @playnewworld @amazongames The only specific action should be rolling out more servers. Don't treat a sypmtom to a problem you created! Everybody who can't play due to server queue should ask for a #refundnewworld

@playnewworld There's a little glitch on the Que/login page. The back screen keeps changing from two characters which has made me thought I logged into the wrong avatar and cancelled to found out it's not the case. Server Delos/Australia. #newworldmmo

@playnewworld Major bug, can't exit player housing. Fast travel not working, /stuck not working, relog not working. Recall inn is on a 25 min cooldown...so that will be fun to wait for.

@playnewworld Imagine defending the biggest cloud service provider on the planet who is unable to work out how to scale their servers to meet demand. This is a failure of design, not something to punish players for.

@playnewworld everyone is saying that they should just "fix the queues"... easier said than done. if it was as easy as pressing a button don't you think they'd have done it by now? there is probably some technical limitation against doing so

@playnewworld Good! The amount of reddit posts I've seen of people abusing through auto run and making macros to jump every so often to not be booted is insane! I've been reporting them for botting. Thousands of people queueing to login and these people aren't even physically playing 🙄

@playnewworld Funny how you can "fix" this but can't fix the countless people who literally cannot connect in the first place. We paid real money for this game. It's not free to play. You aren't doing us a favor by letting us play the game. Fixing a game breaking issue should be #1 priority.

@SonicSoFast @playnewworld You can AFK for about 20 minutes without getting kicked, that is enough time to eat or go to the toilet. The problem is that some people are AFKing for hours while they go out or to sleep and it's taking a space off someone that is ready to play.

@Opabennett1 @donshep @playnewworld Instead the priority should be increasing server capacity in most populated servers by 2k, not working on afk dodgers that I doubt are making up 90% of the ingame players. Most likely all this has done has sped up ques by 20 spot an hour

@playnewworld I agree that exploiting AFK timers exacerbates the problems with queues you've been having. It isn't fair when people can't join because of people doing this. But the queues are the bigger problem, especially for streamers. I get the feeling you want them playing the game...
