@playnewworld Aztland server (US East) has many exploiters. Also game breaking bug that gives factions territory without a war happening. 30% influence for faction quest instead of 1%. I have 15 days played which isn’t possible. This server is messed up, please fix it

@playnewworld The worst measure you can do ever, punish your base players for a issue you created, if you do that i am refunding and stop play this. Players are not the problem.

@DenzelAy @CeeRM_ @playnewworld Yeah I’m really hoping we get an official statement from both studio and manufacturers. Mine was a release-day 3080 and I know there were some manufacturing issues. Still, I feel like a game shouldn’t brick hardware.

@thegunee @playnewworld A) nobodies crying. B) whoppdi ******* do for your group. My 193 member guild who have level 30+ characters some of us don't want to waste that time. C) we shouldn't have to. It's on the company we paid to provide the service not us to work around their **** up.

@playnewworld We can Ban player who paid the Game Andrés don't Want to wait 8 Hours to login after take a shower, or maybe we can Work and increase server cap, do a layering system. We better ban them so they only have to wait 2 hours. Nice joke.

@TwitchSupport… I believe I’ve found & fixed the problem. I originally only seen two boxes linking #Steam & #Twitch to @PlayNewWorld… apparently upon finishing the 2 linking’s a third option appears ACTIVATING the previous 2 linking’s! I have since Activated & will Check back.

@playnewworld I've got over 3 days of play time. Really in love with the game. The one thing I have to complain about (other than server queues, which I know you are fixing) is the compass stops tracking. I can't re-log to fix due to queues on my server. Any ETA on a fix?

@KoRnyRocks @playnewworld The limit on 2k isn't the issue we're discussing! It's lack of available servers at launch, and allowing multiple thousands of char to be created! 2k isn't the problem. Stop asking me to figure out the non problem.

@0sbos @playnewworld I found a fix…. You can animation cancel chopping a tree by back dashing using shift. This fixed it :D a man told me in chat cheers for reply Jake though. Pretty annoying bug if had to log out but easy fix so we good if happens again

@playnewworld Maybe first do something about the server capacity and don't work around it by kicking AFK players?? The issue here is not the afk but super long que becouse servers are only for 2000 people... And btw why we got Full game thats the Preview build? with only 2 new zones...

@cosmiclord7 @playnewworld Resources on a server are finite, you cannot just 'increase the cap'. That would just create major lag issues and make the game unplayable for those in the game.

@playnewworld Fix the servers, fix the translations, we can t swim, fix the quests that doesnt appear or translation. The AFK behaviour is linked to your issue with servers. Dont blame the players who try to play your game

@playnewworld Can I suggest you add a grace period for anybody who has a disconnect so they don't have to sit in a queue. For example, if my internet cuts out, I'll be kicked and have to wait hours to get back in. A 5 minute grace period could counteract that.

@theshockcable @HartPaco @playnewworld Yeaaah but no, you didnt disconnect in 30 sec or 1min, and the blame is not for people just stoping their moove for 3 min but talk about thoses who afk for hours sometimes 4-5Hours on a wall You are obviously doing your think in to much extreme way.

@DrSpacemanGames @Konshu @playnewworld We did. More slots on the server AND afk mitigation, one or the other doesn't fix the problem, you need to do both. Demand is too high, kicking people off the highway doesn't reduce demand for the highway, they just show back up and requeue.

@playnewworld The Depths dungeon is literally unplayable right now and what makes it even worse is its tied to a main story mission! You literally cant progress past it due to server lag and it requiring 5 people who also just lag out. When will this be addressed?

@zlatkoty @playnewworld I dont think adding a lot more capacity without making the actual map bigger would bring other annoying issues the game. We are already fighting for materials as it is. In my opinion that is a reason why they dont want to increase the cap too much.

@WhoaFlyingChair @playnewworld The queue times are stupid BECAUSE of AFK timeout ********. Server cap increase would make the game unplayable due to major lag, we already see some of this in chat lag now.

@playnewworld I don't play New World, so this is just a comment from the outside, looking in, but what's the difficulty in increasing servers/server caps? Also, didn't @amazongames see the sales numbers and prep for this? It seems like AFK mitigation is fixing a problem of their own creation.

@playnewworld You are simply putting a band aid on the problem. Sure, punish players that try and cheat AFK. But the real problem is 2-4 hour wait just to get in and play. Who the hell has time for that? Fix the REAL problem. Adding more servers wont help those that already have capacity.

@brigi093 @playnewworld It's already lag fest. I have a 11ms connection with the server and the game adds 40 to it.
