@playnewworld i get in to game and my controls wont work. I have been stuck in the tutorial and only my mouse controls work. is there any way to fix this with out going through a 1 hr queue again

@playnewworld Very disappointed at tonight's release. I played on au server and was looking forward to playing in the YAMA server and chose YAMA SERVER, only to find out when I reached level 10 that I was put in EDURI server. There were multiple players who experienced the same bug or glitch.

@playnewworld are you guys aware of issues where pvp damage is not registered? Was unable to damage other flagged players with fleche from rapier going straight through them.... yes I'm also gagged, yes not in a safe zone.

@Crumbzology @ShowNwo @playnewworld It's Amazon. If they want, they can spin up as many AWS servers as they need. They provide hosting services. Everyone wants to play with the streamers. That's fine. I'm going to play over where I can login.

@Calibal94 @playnewworld @FelixScollen 4000, isnt enough, modern mmo's can and HAVE been running 5-10k people per server no problem and amazon regularly totes how good their servers for sale are, they're just being cheap/lazy

@playnewworld So is anything going to happen, I played for 10 minutes before getting lag detected, could neve get back in again from that point. I had to delete my character and now I'm in a huge 1200 que when the cap is 2k? I don't understand this

@Jacques10170797 @playnewworld Great launch when 90 percent of their players cant get in the game. 2000 caped servers is a joke. They had server que issues in both betas so why would they cap at 2k a server. Amazon dropped the ball on this ******* game

@playnewworld This is BS I got in and lag detected > waiting to login… put me in 8 in the queue for 20 minutes no movement if I leave I join a 20,000 queue…

@Zaknefian @pizcu13 @playnewworld First, that's a game design problem where they FORCE you on to the same server. Second, this is AWS. They don't even NEED more than one "virtual" server. They have all the capacity of the world. Just ramp it.

After Delaying the game multiple times to "fix" the game and make it better, the game experiences crash areas and server errors in certain areas. Queue times are even slower than the beta with less people; Game's unplayable. #PlayNewWorld

@Jimmy70637423 @Oshzak @playnewworld I'm okay with them limiting the servers for right this second. Launch is honestly going pretty good. I have no issues waiting to get into a mostly stable server rather than get kicked because the server is crashing due to too meany people and then hopping back on over and over.

@playnewworld Brittia and Jotunheim are on the same realm, I can't create a second character in Brittia because I have one in Jotunheim; but I can't use the existing one to login into Brittia (lower Q). Explain this design flow because it is far from helping you rn.

@Lyravar1 @playnewworld Also I think it has more to do with the fact that there's so many people logging in simultaneously. I don't know if you're aware of how computers work but when you have a whole bunch of people painting a server it makes it lag out.

@Heromofo @BronzeClown @playnewworld Yeah the biggest issue is the 2k server cap. There just isn't really any excuse for that. Awesome game but I feel like a company who has the server experience Amazon does would have been a bit better prepared for this. But it will sort itself out.
