@playnewworld Seriously need a cap increase on the more populated servers...The queues are still absolutely abysmal, even outside of peak times. Double them. It will at least alleviate some of the issue.

@D3XT3R_DOG @playnewworld imo the problem yesterday was, that due to the sequential opening other regions were joining the already open plus the asian have no server for their region which causes them to flood in the other servers. The amount and capacity may be enough, if they all had their own server

@playnewworld Respectfully, I didn't wait 2 years to wait 3 hours to play a game with thousands of people waiting in queue. You did so many tests and betas you have no excuse, fix your ****** servers, you're better than this. Extremely disappointed.

@playnewworld This doesn't even qualify as a band-aid fix unless you happen to be someone just firing up the game for the first time. Whose idea was it to limit the number of available servers to this low of a total, when your concurrent player cap was 2000?

@playnewworld just waited in your queue a SECOND time. For 3 hours, 7000. Just to hit 0 and get a failed login queue error. I quit for the night.

@playnewworld have something wrong with SA server alatyr, a lot of players dont get damage in PvP pra PvE and the dungeon from lvl25 have a lot of lag, making Impossible to complete. So all the server are stuck on this Quest, should we Just send the character to another server ir will b fixed?

So is the twitch integration for @playnewworld not working yet? I couldn't get it working or even see it in the menu. I also haven't gotten any of the claimed drops or my prime skin in my inventory. Must have to wait for the servers to catch up?

@playnewworld While i know theres an australian server, MANY Australians play with american friends through MMO's, new world is virtually unplayable connecting from AU to US with the lag, by far the most lag in MMO's connecting cross country, is there plans to fix this?

@jrhunt @awscloud @playnewworld This is not an AWS issue. It is game specific. It was intentionally made to not be sharded or instanced so that every player would share the same map for resources, territory, etc. In beta with 4k ppl it was already impossible to do anything. Small map.

Probably 9 hours in @playnewworld so far. 12 total but probably 3-4 in queue. But I will say once I'm in game I'm having zero issues with server stability and the like. Musket is a blast. Trying to figure out what to pair it with. #NewWorldMMO

@playnewworld so you launched a new game and did not think to include some sort of disconnect buffer before putting people back into a couple hours long queue? love waiting hours to play only to experience lag and then a disconnect followed by being placed back into the queue.

@playnewworld We need some servers closer to Africa please. Don't exclude the africa gaming peeps like the rest of the world. Playing your action game with these mechanics on a 220+ ping. With lag and rubber banding is horrible. We can bearly play your pve content. How are we going to play pvp

@playnewworld you should have taken a tip from BDO on how to do servers... shouldn't be locked to 1 server but able to freely log into any of them and have control of areas by companies locked to the servers would get rid of 99% of the queue problems
