@playnewworld hello I just got home and I find this error Unable to launch game crash to "unrecoverable error" and Easy Anti-Cheat, I go to the forum and I find that there are some people with the same problems and we cannot play, please release a patch or read the forum, thanks.

@playnewworld just letting you know EAC is flagging steam dlls as untrusted. Can’t login to the game because it requires steam, can’t run steam because EAC :(

@playnewworld hope you are all able to figure out the "steam must be running to launch this game" error people are getting (no I am not in the steam beta and by the sounds of it that doesn't fix stuff either)

@playnewworld I think a massive bug hit the game. I'm seeing tons of people unable to launch do to the following error. "Unrecoverable Error, you must be logged in to steam to play." This is followed by easy-anticheat saying a Steam .dll is untrusted.

@playnewworld getting "Steam must be running to play this game" error on startup, unrecoverable. Opted out of steam beta, same issue. Uninstall and reinstall, same issue. I was able to play yesterday, what gives?

@playnewworld This patch broke my game and all of the "fixes" do NOT work. I continue to get the "Unrecoverable error" and "easy anticheat" error. If a fix isn't issued soon Im going to have no choice other than to refund this game. It's been almost a week. FIX THIS.

@playnewworld Tons of people (including me) on your forums as well as Reddit and the Steam forums are all complaining about being able to get into the game this evening, due to an error about Steam "not running" and EAC having a broken .dll booting everyone out. Please fix this!
