@playnewworld I guess start again then? This mess was caused because you started EU first. If you listened to us saying it was a bad idea this problem would not be here. Us gamers that have played mmos for years have more experience than a company just starting out in the mmo field.

@playnewworld Got home from work, tuned in to new world, got in queue position 2736, took a shower, got the error pressed OK, back in queue 2877, good night ill try again tomorrow....

@playnewworld It doesn't work! This error constantly pops up and eventually (after about the fifth time) throws it out of the queue altogether, saying that it was not possible to connect to the queue and have to get up at the very end and pray to all the gods!

@playnewworld Maybe stop selling game on steam till all issues will be fixed ? Maybe will ba fair to the community ? to let actual players have stable situation, and to not sell game with gigantic problem to now ones ?

@playnewworld Ok guys it's time to do something now. 3 days we are not able to play Infinite queue time. And even if we try to queue earlier, we have crashes in queue : I GOT 6 OF THEM IN 4 HOURS. And not the "cool" crash, no, the one that doest not tag anymore into the queue. Wake up...

@MezzySSB @JimmieSan_001 @playnewworld Ahh okay so basically purely speculation. Well in game design, there are infinite ways to tackle an issue. For instance, server phasing is a very popular and modern way of improving this situation. Does it require a rework of existing systems? Sure! But it certainly isn’t doomed

@bilalkinali @playnewworld I did nothing, only the error came up, my character disappeared from the list and after a while the message from the new queue.

@HeavyLiftGaming @pleiadian1027 @playnewworld The beta had 600k+ players. They knew it was going to be this popular, yet in the beta, we had no issues like this for a similar player base. On top of that, you have the fact that Amazon owns the biggest server and cloud service provider on the planet.

@playnewworld [#NWSTATUS UPDATE] MASSIVE, dogshit company cannot afford to make stable queue and makes people ,whom BOUGHT their game to wait for 4 to 8 hours in queues, just to get MASSIVE amount of errors and reset their queue to let them wait another 4+ hours. Take a look at the fiesta!

@playnewworld That’s rubbish, I kept clicking ok and yes it put me back in queue but then when I got to 100 after hours it gave me a different error and chucked me to the back of the queue. Unacceptable.

@playnewworld Was in the queue for 2 and a half hours, luckily there for a few disconnects so followed the advice to click ok and wait. Then on the last one got a different error and lost my position. Back to 2700 with me!

@playnewworld Ok, I came to the front of the line about 40 minutes ago. I keep "ok"-ing away error messages, but I don't get back into any queues anymore. About 10 minutes ago the error messages stopped coming, and I am now just looking at my character selection screen.

@playnewworld Good joke. Got the error, waited without quitting etc, and now I'm back at 2694 in queue. This has been going on for !!EIGHT!! hours because it keep disconnecting. How ******* hard is it to have a working login server? Absolute ******* joke.

@playnewworld adding more servers isnt the problem, i rolled on a "low pop" server and now it has a 3k+ queue and i just want to progress the character i've pumped 10 hours into and not make a new one.

@SamWitts2 @playnewworld I've played about 20h. 20h is a pretty big deal to me. I have a job, a partner and a life and I don't really want to start again. Imagine buying a house, it crumbles after a few months and the builders say. It's ok, we'll move you. Why do gamers accept **** service constantly?

@playnewworld ******* hell.... I waited from 2900 to 167 and it disconnected and tried your solution and it didn't do ****... now I'm back to 2262... my friwmd who got in after 1 hour in my que time.. he got in.... fix this **** or you'll lose your players
