@playnewworld What about increasing the capacity to 3-4k and better system to kick afk players(they're afk running towards a wall a lot) that would fix a lot of queuetimes

@playnewworld 3 hours in queue. Gets down to last 100 get an error. Not the one you are mentioning. This one it does not matter what you click you lose your spot anyway. So im back at 3103. Thanks guys!

@playnewworld Third night in a row, home at 1830 CEST .. 2K IN queue ... Unforgivable. Let's get a move on a fix, this is the 3rd " low pop" server and 3rd night in a row i can't play due to long queues

@Gothalion @playnewworld They have gone through closed betas, open betas and still can't figure out the long queue issue then that's on them, we can't keep abandoning our existing progress just because game is designed in a wrong perceptions. Don't say we don't understand these intricate things.

@playnewworld We are waiting in line for 2 hours to enter the game. Then, after dropping to 100 people, the game gives an error and puts it in the 2120s when it starts again. Where is this justice? This is the big company Amazon, is that all you can do ? you're really disgusting.

@Claymore030 @Celtics_fan78 @playnewworld You kiddin’ me? It’s not like a student project that we are expecting too much. It’s AMAZON and if i pay for a game, i expect to play it. As a gamer i saw a lot of server ques and im ok to wait but this by far has easily topped every other problems.

@playnewworld r/whoosh You guys still haven't understood the core issue at hand. People want to play with friends, and nobody wants to start from zero. Either increase server capacity, give free server transfers or STFU

@playnewworld i had that error an hour ago and got back in the queue after a 1 or 2 minutes but it was not at the same position. Was at 800 and got to 2222 after rejoining the queue.

@playnewworld right now getting in the game is impossible. there are 2 errors failed to join login quees and the login error(this one you can join back in the quee by pressing ok) the first one ur completely ******.

@playnewworld AND AGAIN i got in que for my server placed 1100 i reached pos.78 got told i failed to connect waited for it to rejoin the que (didnt do it) so i pressed play again got placed in a que for 2400 really amazing..... instead of added server fix the issues with already servers.

@playnewworld Curious if there's anyway you guys could implement a system for bug or game crashes to allow players access back into the game without queue times? I had to drop a grinding party because of a game crash and now sitting in a 2+ hr queue.
