@JCronnico @playnewworld I dont see an issue ? You are trying to join a full server with other thousands of people trying just like you. Either go play on a different server or just play tomorrow..... stop crying about the queues.

@playnewworld Whenever I open the game it turns off my connection to twitch, then when I go to turn on the twitch connection, it’s not turning it on. Is there an issue with that at the moment or is it just me?

@BlazekZz @playnewworld i will complain. there beta blew up. they were expecting the game to blow up. and for there to be servers is sad. Amazon is the richest company on the planet and can fully invest in their Infrastructure. no reason for servers to be a problem

@playnewworld I dont now this right, but couldnt you see how many copies of the game you sold. And if your servers are 2k people max. Well you should have the a rough astimate of how many servers are needed right? or is this a login issue ( too many trying to login at the same time)

@playnewworld Out of curiosity, did you not know how many copies you sold? In europe right now, 170k are playing, 340k are in ques. It's not even close. Personally, I've not had the blessing of getting ingame yet. This is not something I am supportive of, you need to fix this now.

@playnewworld You throw more servers at us and hope it fixes the issue, why did you guys overlook the possibility of introducing transferable characters as well as the added servers to at least let everyone play and potentially go to the world where their friends/clan are.

@playnewworld About 2 hours ago I got disconnected from the game. Waited 500 person que for about 1,5 hours. After that I got error message "Failed to join login queue" and didn't get in. Pressed play button again and now I'm 1049 in que. Any chance you can help? Sarkhani-Metsola

@playnewworld when it says I am queueing as a new player, does that mean I am getting played into a different "instance" if so, is this a main problem with the queues? I would like to just skip the tutorial and get on the island please

@playnewworld Making new servers doesn't fix the issue! There are already servers with minimal players. You named them dumb so no one wanted to play there and committed to guilds in other servers.

@playnewworld @FelixScollen Why did we go through a 2 week beta? Multiple play tests? Alphas.... These issues were known, we believed they would be fixed and ready. It's unexceptional that the game at max right now supports less than a half of those currently ONLINE. And rising.

@playnewworld massive issues 1 increasing the server population from 2k to something more u are amazon u have the biggest servers world wide not acceptable more worlds aint solving ur problems look at what people are saying 2 make it so people can transfer characters acrossworlds

@3GoneRouge @playnewworld You're not wrong, but believe it or not most MMO launches are riddled with bugs and issues. They said they're addressing it, it's not normal and acceptable. I'd wait until day 3-4 before complaining...

@playnewworld Wouldn’t mind queue times if I didn’t have to keep logging because the resource tracker breaks and logging is the only way I’ve found to fix it so it displays resource locations I’m close too. Bought a game I have to wait hours to play because of game bugs. #cantplaynewworld
