@noelbigdadmiler @playnewworld It also happen my account for 2month and I tried contacting support service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with @SUPPORTTEAM102 on Twitter,they were the one who got me back into my account they will help you with your account

@playnewworld Amount of worlds isn't the issue. World size is. How can a trillion dollar company not recognise this? How about you give us all 2 free world transfers, one out of the world with 8 hour queues and one to get back in when you finally pull your finger out and fix the REAL issue?

@playnewworld Server transfers are the Fix here. Entire companies will relocate servers provided they can bring everyone with them. People want to play with their friends, and abandoning progress for people who took time off to play the game is a no go. Enable server transfers its fixed.

@playnewworld Been in queue since 3pm its 7:35pm and i've just been disconnected. I know there are issues but this is not acceptable. All the hype i had is fading. Going to another server will not help i'm at 25 on char and not gonna do that all over.

@ADCARTATTACK @playnewworld Exactly the same problem, they should allow caracter transfer to the new servers so people that are from different servers can group up in fresh servers

@playnewworld We don't need more servers, this is a very trashy way to solve the problem of queues! We want to play with our friends and company 😡 (SA Atlantis, queue problem route, "failed to join login queue" we never get past the queue, it always makes mistakes) 🤡

@boalacopiilor @playnewworld Just oress the X when you have the error and then don't press play again. Just wait and do nothing, it will out you back at the same position you was at.

@playnewworld Can you build some sort of memory into your queue? I have been Qing for over 5 hours now, and kicked from the queue 3 times for internal server errors.

Man I don't mind long queue times, this isn't my first MMO but @playnewworld you need to add queue forgiveness, getting kicked for an error that isn't your fault and sit back in queue is the real annoying part. Give us 5 minutes to get back in!

@playnewworld If you enabled server transfer now, I would change to another server, but I (and prob. 99% of all other players) won't delete my char and loose all progress only to get your server problem solved. New servers are nice and good. But only for new players.
