@playnewworld Except maybe the new. But I don’t want to waste my profession after playing several hours already. It’s a great game and I know the hype will cool down soon BUT you guys really need to fix that you can keep your position in queue!! Cus this is unstable AF and waste of time.

If you are getting kicked from @playnewworld server queue's with an error message.. Click the cross to close the error message and wait, DO NOT PRESS PLAY. The game will put you back in the queue in the position you was in when the error message occcured 👍

@playnewworld I really hope you fix this problem. I played and made progress on a server that now has 1800 in que. And I'm not gonna re-role on a low population server after spending 15 hours + on the one I'm at the moment. Plus all my friends are there and we cant play because of your limit

@playnewworld It doesn't work I got kicked after waiting from 2000 and when I got 300 I got kicked. Error message saying failed to login queue. Then I went back and got 2700 queue. When can we switch our character to other servers?

@playnewworld Wow 2 hours queue and the game crashed with no error message or anything.... wtf its 2021, this shouldnt happen afte a closed and open beta....

@playnewworld Really wish if your game crashes or you dc , you should get a min or 2 to reconnect , really bad stream content in join sim after all ready waiting in it to stream just to crash 5 mins into my dungeon :(

@playnewworld I got the “connection failed” error twice today. First after 2hours in queue and second after 3hours. And yes, I tried to press OK and wait. I waited for 15 minutes and nothing happens so no way to get your spot back. Sad it has to be like this on all EU serves.

@Marvin_Reetz @EliaDietz01 @playnewworld I have and its because New World is the catalyst of defects from the manufacturer. Meaning its not necessarily New Worlds fault, but they are the catalyst meaning they are part of what made this problem occur.

@SamWitts2 @playnewworld Yeah but hours are precious to people. And we shouldn't accept such ****** service. Accepting **** like this is why we get half assed games that should still be in beta and remain completely unfinished. I rolled this character on the lowest pop server at the time also.

@playnewworld I've followed your fix for the error while queueing. I haven't been able to play since 2 pm CET. It is now 20:34 pm CET. So it is not a definitive fix. But besides that, I am patient. The game is worth it. BUT 6 hours is much.

@playnewworld this doesn't work at all i have been qing for 11 hrs now and each time i get error then failed to q which reset the q to 2-4k waiting list, and i will not change the server since my character is lvl25 i

@SamWitts2 @playnewworld I've not been power levelling either. I've spent most of it gathering and exploring. I've dabbled in a lot of different zones. I'm only level 24 or something. However, no one should have to have these issues regardless of playstyle. Gamers just accept **** and its sad.

You keep adding servers, that's not the issue @playnewworld . You need to up the server cap (only 2000 players?!) and provide the transfers. People aren't going to the new servers because they already have time on the loaded servers! #NewWorldMMO

@SamWitts2 @playnewworld But because we've seen worse, we shouldn't accept bad service. We wouldn't go to a restaurant, order dinner, takes 3 hours to arrive then go "it's cool, I've eaten at worse places" Its insane how much gaming fans get spoonfed absolute **** and they keep lapping it up.

@playnewworld There are no workarounds for the most common connection error. Looks like I'm wasting another full day of vacation to wait in queues only to get kicked repeatedly. :(

@playnewworld I'm submitting this in the in-game feedback but also here. Is there another location you'd like this feedback at? While in map or interacting with a station, the "Interact" hotkey/action is still available and becomes a problem when it is bound to "Wheel Up". :)

@playnewworld My wonderful experience of New World today: - Logged into queue. - Waited 4000 Queue - Got kicked out of queue at place 591 - Logged into queue - Waited 3800 Queue - Got kicked out of queue at place 109 - Logged into queue... Seriously? Streamers can just login? **** that.
