@CrazyStiggy @playnewworld Every new mmorpg has this problem with queues on launch, but it’s mad how the Devs didn’t think about the potential of that happening and increase capacity of servers beforehand

@playnewworld can anyone explain why, after a day of server queueing issues on the EU servers, the American based Amazon Games decided to dedicate more resources to NA? There are several hundred thousand people that have been waiting to play for 12 hours and this is terrible.

@BlackShrubberie @playnewworld @benevolentbowd But Casa imagine paying for a product and then not being able to use it. Paying customers have every right to say whatever they want. They had how many years and still cant get it right. Had no problem taking everyone's money though. And I'm sure the cash shop works fine.

@WildsideMB @playnewworld There is no defending it. Everyone expects issues on a launch. Especially a game such as this, but this is just unacceptable. They happily took everyone's money and now a lot people are left with a game they cant even get in to. The trend continues.

@playnewworld Just waited 45 Minutes in queue. At 250 it kicked me out of queue with error "unable to join queue". Now I'm in queue spot 1500. Good to see that it was worth waiting for the delayed release ;-)

@playnewworld this is ridiculous, this happened in the beta aswell yet... here it is, thought the purpose of a beta was to fix problems before release. sort your servers, increase players, i can be patient and have been for 4 hours now, so hurry up

@playnewworld I'm curious if the "queueing for a starting area..." is being addressed at all. If you crash/leave etc and then try to re-log you get put into a separate queue that seems to just not move at all. Cheers 🍻

I love how the whole gaming community is flabbergasted and pissed that @playnewworld didn’t coordinate with @awscloud to handle these server issues. Y’all can launch a rocket into space but can’t launch a game @amazon ?

@playnewworld Too many neck beards are logging in, and bengeing out on the game. Instead of logging out, they’re going to tape down an arrow key to keep them logged in while they sleep. This is unfair advantage because they’re going to be max level before others can even log in. FIX

@playnewworld So... new issue now... I created a char in Vagon, now my char is gone because Thanos snapped his finger and Vagon vanished so... I LOST my char's name because I can't delete the char and the game is saying that, my name was already taken!

@playnewworld Help me understand. I've been in queue to play for 6 hours (not even halfway through). Is there two different queues for each server? i.e. New Player vs. Return Player? Because this is ridiculous. @Outriders with all their launch login issues did better than this.
