@WanderinMisfit @playnewworld @Steam And that right there is the issue. Gamers have gotten lax in our acceptable standards for games. Publishers know this and take advantage. It’s a dead game and those that refuse or just have no standard keep it on life support.

@dougblizz @playnewworld Bruh the game flopped as hard as Anthem. Leveling was the most cut and paste thing ever for quest design. End game progression is the worst out of any MMO I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the major duping issues and just lack of depth for actual design for gameplay

@playnewworld Please reimburse people that opened their boxes already. It is not fair that we are all screwed out of one time issue legendaries. These are the best looking skins in the game with also some very good perks. Make this right AGS.

@playnewworld No fix to all dungeons being broken right now? That's not a good look st all. Mobs arent spawning then they're spawning. Caretaker brings up walls nothing spawns. Walls go down. Everything spawns.

@playnewworld please fix the loot for tempest heart dungeon ran it allday got either no loot or greens then ran one genesis got 3 legendaries then ran 1 laz and got 2 legendaries, you guys have made tempest heart dungeon worthless to grind #neworldmmo

@playnewworld This is actually the best news to get because it means no new problems being added and maybe a chance at the existing problems being fixed. Pretty sure I've crashed the in game report system for bugs with the amount I've logged, let's hope this improves.

@playnewworld @Steam Customer support that HELPs players with issues and doesn't just leave thousands of players with unworthy bans in a sea of auto-replies would bring players with thousands of hours back to the game. Why come back if AGS doesn't care about their hard work? Why reinvest?

@playnewworld Yes. But the time between your team reviewing the case, the kid is going to eat the entire ban. And the problem is not only the fact of appealing to the BAN. The problem is not knowing the reason why you have been banned. The reasons or cause cannot be limited to a single word.

@playnewworld @Steam Lol. Even after a content release you need to do this to try to up the numbers. Should have listened to the players and delayed the release. Was not ready and still isn’t. Need to do a FFXIV and take down the servers and fix your issues and add actual content.

@notDurka @playnewworld And? Your point exactly? Lost Ark started with over 1.2M players and now sits around 300K, don’t hear doom and gloom over LA losing nearly 1 million players and that game also has issues that need to be fixed

@playnewworld @Steam I feel like In order to get most people back that left, you’d have to fix all the game breaking bugs and gold dupes, add new content so it doesn’t feel like you’re seeing the same 5 mobs and then relaunch the game with all servers being wiped so that it’s equal for everyone again

@josephsherlock0 @playnewworld if i recall correctly that issue was fixed almost immediately and was caused by FPS spiking extremely high numbers in the main menu / login screen due to it not being capped and low load
