@playnewworld Hi there, can we maybe move chars to diff servers for free till you find a solution to your server problems ? leveling to 20 every day is boring. It's like playing the beta over and over again. Thanks! I know you have the feature make it free :)

@playnewworld I got the “connection failed” error twice today. First after 2hours in queue and second after 3hours. And yes, I tried to press OK and wait. I waited for 15 minutes and nothing happens so no way to get your spot back. Sad it has to be like this on all EU serves.

@playnewworld Ok guys it's time to do something now. 3 days we are not able to play Infinite queue time. And even if we try to queue earlier, we have crashes in queue : I GOT 6 OF THEM IN 4 HOURS. And not the "cool" crash, no, the one that doest not tag anymore into the queue. Wake up...

@MezzySSB @JimmieSan_001 @playnewworld Ahh okay so basically purely speculation. Well in game design, there are infinite ways to tackle an issue. For instance, server phasing is a very popular and modern way of improving this situation. Does it require a rework of existing systems? Sure! But it certainly isn’t doomed

@playnewworld It doesn't work I got kicked after waiting from 2000 and when I got 300 I got kicked. Error message saying failed to login queue. Then I went back and got 2700 queue. When can we switch our character to other servers?

@playnewworld adding more servers isnt the problem, i rolled on a "low pop" server and now it has a 3k+ queue and i just want to progress the character i've pumped 10 hours into and not make a new one.

@playnewworld ******* hell.... I waited from 2900 to 167 and it disconnected and tried your solution and it didn't do ****... now I'm back to 2262... my friwmd who got in after 1 hour in my que time.. he got in.... fix this **** or you'll lose your players

@playnewworld That’s rubbish, I kept clicking ok and yes it put me back in queue but then when I got to 100 after hours it gave me a different error and chucked me to the back of the queue. Unacceptable.

@playnewworld I guess start again then? This mess was caused because you started EU first. If you listened to us saying it was a bad idea this problem would not be here. Us gamers that have played mmos for years have more experience than a company just starting out in the mmo field.

@SamWitts2 @playnewworld I've played about 20h. 20h is a pretty big deal to me. I have a job, a partner and a life and I don't really want to start again. Imagine buying a house, it crumbles after a few months and the builders say. It's ok, we'll move you. Why do gamers accept **** service constantly?

You keep adding servers, that's not the issue @playnewworld . You need to up the server cap (only 2000 players?!) and provide the transfers. People aren't going to the new servers because they already have time on the loaded servers! #NewWorldMMO

@playnewworld It doesn't work! This error constantly pops up and eventually (after about the fifth time) throws it out of the queue altogether, saying that it was not possible to connect to the queue and have to get up at the very end and pray to all the gods!

@playnewworld My wonderful experience of New World today: - Logged into queue. - Waited 4000 Queue - Got kicked out of queue at place 591 - Logged into queue - Waited 3800 Queue - Got kicked out of queue at place 109 - Logged into queue... Seriously? Streamers can just login? **** that.

If you are getting kicked from @playnewworld server queue's with an error message.. Click the cross to close the error message and wait, DO NOT PRESS PLAY. The game will put you back in the queue in the position you was in when the error message occcured 👍

Every MMO has a quest that's near impossible to do and in @playnewworld it's this Elk Antler thing. I've never had so much trouble killing and skinning 2 animals in my life. How about some more spawn points and some faster respawns eh? I don't want to be time gated by respawns.

@playnewworld There are no workarounds for the most common connection error. Looks like I'm wasting another full day of vacation to wait in queues only to get kicked repeatedly. :(

@playnewworld @playnewworld Can you please explain why not increase server capacity by at least 1k? This would solve most issues for most servers.
