@MindofX1 @philou225 @playnewworld This isn't a normal launch. Amazon owns and operates the AWS servers. Incase you didn't know, servers are the things that cause problems like this. Stop just bending over and taking it from billion dollar companies while defending them. Pathetic.

2 hours in queue just for the game to tell me there was a problem please try again when i was 7th in queue… nice game. Steam counts 2 hours playing time which was 2 hours in queue #PlayNewWorld

@playnewworld so i finally get into a server start playing for an hour then it errors and says login unavailable and even deleted my character WTF.. did i just buy your game today to waste my time and money?????????

@playnewworld It is totally unacceptable a company like Amazon Games have this server issues after all the beta tests and supposed server tests! I appreciate the efforts of the team but the big man that does the decisions is unfit for purpose! Not impressed at all!

@playnewworld This is crazy. I got down to 25 on the new player login and the ln got a connection error. I was in the queue for 4 hours now when I got back in I am at 3749. You guys need to fix these issues as soon as possible or you are gonna hate the feedback your gonna get!!!

@playnewworld Offer an opportunity to switch servers.. So you're rewarding everyone swarming to EU servers to play instead of region-locking your servers for a staggered launch. Neato. Also, I waited in queue for 6 hours, only for it to tell me "Failed to join login queue." Superb launch!

@playnewworld I tried to create a character on eu central, ended up with a server error, created a second character on a different server, same story. It now says I have 2 characters, I can’t see them or select them and it won’t let me create a new one because I have reached a maximum of 2!

@playnewworld There's a Big problem with controllers and trying to use the mouse for inventory and menu options. As soon as we touch the mouse the bindings automatically change and you are stuck that way. It doesn't register both controller and mouse and keyboard like it did in beta and alpha

@playnewworld this is bull **** having a bug where i cannot craft anything in town after making it to lv 13 and having to relog and sitting here for 2 hrs watching paint dry waiting for 550 que to SLOWLY reduce. but at least its not a 10k que i guess FIX UR GAME

@Eddie_v3 @CrazyStiggy @playnewworld this is a simple computer science problem. you need an order of magnitude more servers to handle launch day. then in 3 weeks time, you have a bunch of servers doing nothing every. single. launch. has. queues. it's not economical to solve
