@M1nKsTeR @playnewworld Think about it, you queue up for 6 hours to get into the game, are you gonna quit because you need to leave for half an hour to make food? I’m not saying they aren’t part of the problem, what I’m saying is you can’t really blame them. They exist out of necessity.

@playnewworld Guys, need to implement some feature : when something crashes or invalid - player can relog without waiting. Really, town is full of personages all is lagging even on low settings, than crashing… 1852 in que. maybe 5 min to avoid f…g que.

@playnewworld not working. servers with long queue say you can create a new character but server without any queue is greyed out. please deactivate, it doesn't help.

@playnewworld @Novaritm Banned for keeping the walk button pushed down so they dont have to log out and wait 3 hours + to ger back in...??? All because they need to go take a Bio Break...? That is preposterous... fix your servers... dont just wave the BanHammer around... Horrible Customer Service

@playnewworld It's pretty simple 'amazon games' u sell a game which can't be played cause of login errors or a queue time which don't let you play. Normaly this is called scam. It would be nice if a lawyer would bring u to the courtyard so that you get your punishment for this ******* scam.

@playnewworld The login queue should have persistence (meaning you could exit the game and return after awhile after to see in which position you are). Also, if the game crashes, there should be a grace period to log back in where the player is put at the front of the queue.

well i got thr game 2 days ago and installed it but whenever i try to open it it closes on me before even getting to the first screen, i have 34 minutes played on steam which is a combination of the minutes the game opens up and crash on me. I NEED HELP OR A REFUND @playnewworld

@playnewworld What you mean?! Been no life-ing since launch. Check the stats "Lag Detected" #1 company worldwide guaranteed. After all alpha/beta test and now on live no company has taken even a single flag on us in wars. You all merely adapted the no life, we were born in it.

@playnewworld Can we get a tweet ok why Zara in AUS servers has had "lag detected" 4 times today and booted almost 500 people every time. Surely Amazon, with all your server space can figure a solution.

@Syverge_ @playnewworld I know what you mean heh. Yeah people spending 3-4 hours in login queues and then it "fails to connect" at position 1 and kicks them right back to number 1500+ in line. It's a pretty bad launch. It's worse now than it was in beta.

@playnewworld Amazon has to increase the server cap or at least have better macro detection. Half of the people on my server are afk jumping, running or attacking a wall. The queue is insane. Pls fix

@addohm_invest @JeffBezos @playnewworld the game has bad optimization and it doesnt matter what computer you have. You will never get 100+ fps in towns. GW2 has these problems too. I get 144fps at some places outside town but only about 60-70 fps in towns

@playnewworld Please fix your game. Had 3 crashes just today, I spend almost 4 hours a day in queue and my character is too high level to make a new one. Can't even ask for a refund cause I spend the 2 hours in a queue.

@playnewworld 45 hour avarage wait time on Annwyn server, no one leaves the game, you can see tons of people walking towards to walls. Can you guys at least add a captcha or something else for these afk people problem? It will be more fair, thanks
