Please turn off 1 hour penalties from OPR until the current "Lag Detected" Issue have been addressed. A lot of our boi's are getting penalties for something they have no control over. Ty @playnewworld #NewWorld

@OGDale_ @playnewworld Honestly, they sold more than 1M copies of the game, they should. They are not the unique developers patching MMOs in the industry and they are not the smallest team, but they are the ones who had + problems in every single update. Don’t justify saying that it’s just impossible.

@playnewworld I am having an issue with these server tokens as well. I had just transferred recently today because the original server i was in had 70 players on it. Dead. I wanted to transfer to Orun to play with friends but it was closed. After a long conversation with Amazon.

@GiacomiEdu @playnewworld If you're seeing the 'testing' text on your equipped items, we are looking into it. Return to Main Menu resolves this, it should only happen on first login. If after relog the issue persists, let us know in the forums.

@playnewworld your new patch and auto ban is broke. I patched, logged in, started getting resources, received a message saying something about suspicious software. Within 2 minutes of getting the error I was permabanned without any reason?

@GAONA_M1LGR4U @playnewworld game doesn't need mounts. you can teleport for next to nothing and with a house you can always get back to a hub without an issue. game needs content, this patch has content.

@jokidre @playnewworld No matter how big your company is and how many people test the game, updates will always cause an issue in some way. Unless a patch goes into beta first for hundreds of thousands of people to test before twice or more of that plays on it, it's impossible to cover every scenario
