Getting home from work, and queueing up for @playnewworld 1000th in queue - "Alright, I'm just gonna clean and watch a movie while waiting" 3h 30 min into queueing (280th in queue) - *Error message pops up* Alright, guess I will queue back up... Queue: 1934th in queue 🤡🤡

@playnewworld in the Cantahar server my character can’t change titles or see/earn achievements. Both errors show on screen as <Uninitialized> when trying to view either. The server is also showing Hy-Brasil instead of Cantahar (I do have another character on Hy-Brasil)

@JeffBezos @playnewworld to be honest the game might me good. But to say its `success` while this game has a queue time of many hours is not the definition of a real success to solve technical issues. Amazon is known for their serverfarms it would be an eyesore to see this struggle capacity of servers

@iKungFlu @playnewworld You could also argue that due to server capacity issues some played are already 2-3 days behind.. thats also not fair. Faction balance is going to be a bigger issue.

@playnewworld Amazon owns the world's servers and can't do Ben provide them to the players. Kind of a sad launch for a trillion dollar company. Server issue should've been the last problem for you guys.

@playnewworld Step 3:Activate Twitch drops is bugged. My steam and twitch are linked but the activate step keeps losing its status of success if you refresh the page. It worked during beta but its not working now. Whats up??

@playnewworld U already have other errors, about tokenException, no way to re queue next, man is forced to leave the game and to begin once again... then to requeue... that's just absolutely the first time i can't join a game fast... (more than 5 hours and still can't get in)

@playnewworld No way to plain. while queueing, it's error message saying that the authenticate service isn't available on the moment when i am on position 671... That can mean an internet problem connexion... (while i can use my internet to go on Internet and play Wolcen.... :/

@TheKoreCow @Bandeta2020 @playnewworld Seems like you decided to pick a high pop server instead of going to a low pop server and transferring later. Sounds like a you problem, not an Amazon problem. I’ve sat in queues because I wanted to be on a specific server but I don’t complain.

I think Amazon also hnew that and they could have been prepared better for such risks as today it is not the unknown problem. Also they invested a lot in advertisement so also could prepare servers for all that people !!!

@playnewworld You guys really need to fix and kick these people that are running macros to stay logged into game. Also you need an algorithm that will let a player back in that just disconnected from the game due to a crash within 5 minutes , starting to get frustrated.

@playnewworld The problem using this fix is I would have to watch the queue for like 3 hours flat. You should automate this „resume queue“ + add a „timer: how long till login“ - or just implement the server transfer cause no one will start from scratch to lighten the load on servers :/

@JeffBezos @playnewworld Hahaha and it only took a bunch of beta testers a short time a the destruction of there expensive graphics cards to get it done. Yes Amazon did know that issue was their but when beta dropped a lot of gamers had their GPUs fried due to this

@playnewworld The game should of a grace period for disconnects/crashes. Waited 4 hours in queue, only to crash after an hour now back in a 2.2k queue. 5min period where you are priority in queue would be nice. Another 5 hour wait incoming :/

@playnewworld With server switching coming next week or so, will name changes be available as well? I was able to get into a server in the beginning but after New World crash my GPU, I wasn't able to get back in. Started a new char on a diff server to keep up.
