@playnewworld You should have foreseen this. You need to increase the server capacities. This is how all your servers crash in the evening and on the weekend. You should have thought for that. We are waiting for 1700 ppl, and we cannot enter until these ppl leave the game. This is unfair!

@playnewworld So are you guys planning on doing something about the insane queue times. I think that we are a lot of players, that would like to know what your plans are regarding this huge problem. Do you raise the 2k server cap or add more servers? Whats going to happen?!?!?!?

@playnewworld The Aus situation is a joke.. literally all you have to do is layer the servers for launch and then combine post launch hype, it’s exactly what blizzard did and it fixed the queue issues they were having, how can a company with the resources of Amazon get this so wrong..

@JuveeTifoso @sizablesnag @playnewworld People are complaining because it was already an issue during the previous 2 test phases BEFORE release, people are mad and complaining because it's Amazon not some small indie dev company. They could've easily checked how many people ordered the game and determine server need.

@Real_Farming @fleshfurnace @playnewworld Personally. I waited less than a minute to enter a server. I personally never waited longer than 5 minutes during closed or open beta. So personally I have not had any problems. I also chose a medium or low server. Never even attempted high.

@JuveeTifoso @sizablesnag @playnewworld umm, there is a diff between unexpected server issues and knowing there will be issue and ignoring it. you have worlds at 2k players max. you know exactly how many player are gona play the game so why not increase the capacity. so yes this is the company fault

@playnewworld 230k players playing and 380k in queue. LOL . Not to mention servers can't even handle 2k people and they are dieing with "lag detected". So much for the stress tests and betas.. Everyone knew miracles are not happening in a month...

@JuveeTifoso @sizablesnag @playnewworld The wow queues are not like any other MMO, companies should have learned from that and the very simple solution of adding server layering. It totally fixed the issue for tbc launch, probably more players and 0 queues. There’s no excuse for this other than poor planning

@playnewworld Aaand crash after the tutorial section (I think this happened in the closed beta, too). Welcome home indeed. No worries. Now that the game is officially launched I feel zero pressure to try and squeeze in as much time as possible. Now, we've got all the time in the #NewWorld.

@playnewworld Start queuing , wait an hour and a half, server maintenance, Queue again from scratch, wait for 30 minutes ,server maintenance again, queue again for 2 hours. Play for like 15 minutes before game crash, wait in queue again. TRILLION DOLLAR COMPANY BTW.
