@playnewworld Man all the tweets on here are so negative and most seem to not understand that this isn't the New World dev team issue. It's an amazon AWS issue this isn't the only game effected by this, any game or web service using AWS with US-EAST based servers is having issues.

@TechToyTinker @playnewworld More food for thought here. You bought the game and have played it. What in that means you should get a refund. Essentially you payed for a good and received a good. You have now used this good for 3 months. If you were also paying for the online service then a refund works.

@playnewworld This is a backend infra issue on the AWS platform. i bet LOTS of stuff is down. this isnt a NW issue, its an Amazon AWS issue. the lack of redundancy is a bit concerning though.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@Kingkrendo @playnewworld I'm not trying get one up on you just saying that there seems to be a problem now which new world have not addressed yet on the EU servers. You know just to like let us know like they did with the NA East servers. Not gonna cry how long they are off, just want to know they know👍

@Hoover6480 @playnewworld 1. Amazon has way more money behind this than other MMO’s had. 2. It was pushed back before release A LOT. 3. When they fix one thing, they **** 5 things up. 4. If people stop playing and stop complaining, do you think they will put more effort? Or less effort into the game?

@playnewworld can you please fix your servers i can't do my main mission now cause my account got kicked out cause is was unable to authenticate my client, and my cosmetics are gone so is a lot of others, do a reset or something when it's fixed...

@playnewworld The dev team can't fix this issue its not in their hands to fix. Its in the AWS networking teams to fix, all they can do is wait and ask internally via tickets with tech support when they think it will be back up. Same as any other company using their services.

@playnewworld We are multiple people on EU central servers that have lost our bought skins. IRL money spent and now our skins are gone and store tokens?! Anyone else have this issue?
