    The 7th @NBN_Australia tech has left without fixing the TAPS. He let me hear the support call to NBN. NBN wants a report that the TAP has failed. An intermittent failure is not accepted. WOW. The tech was so frustrated so he sent me documents for TIO case.

    @NBN_Australia Called @Internode and they've confirmed the regression and they've updated the NBN ticket to indicate the problem has reoccurred. Now to wait for the response

    The NBN is the most inefficient shitful organisation on the planet. No internet since 22 December provider can do nothing because issue is NBN node. NBN spin and bullshit is unbelievable. Do you ******* job & stop pretending the provider can fix YOUR infrastructure outage.

    @NBN_Australia I'd actually like a public response to this, Manasvi. Private dealings with NBNCo have been bitterly disappointing for me in the past, and their ongoing failure to fix technical issues has been a feature of my life since late 2017.
