    Dumbass optus can't even provide customer service blames the outage on weather but areas that have no nbn never had even been hit by weather and its 100s of kms away it used to be good now its 2nd rate

    @Optus I have just sent you a DM as I have been without NBN in 2450 since 20:45 SAT NIGHT! I have bought THREE new routers to try & fix as says no outage at my address. How is this acceptable? Please help me. I NEED to work! Thank you - Rory!

    Optus what about the oldie that dont have a mobile phone and only a landline with nbn that doesn't work how do they ment to call for help do you even care?

    @Telstra I’m no marketing genius, but surely advertising that 50,000 people use the 4G backup facility every day just means that 50,000 lose NBN signal every day?
