The @NBN_Australia network is just awful. I feel bad for them because there is nothing they can do about it. I can't even get my work done, sigh.

@bottomquintile We’re sorry to hear about your experience, it’s definitely not what we’d want for you, Soumitri. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, 1/2

@BarrySteeleTNL @NBN_Australia I wouldn't call it #Fraudband, due to #NBN catering for multiple technologies, as existing Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) cabling can support symmetrical throughput speeds of up to 10Gbps using DOCSIS 4.0 QAM & number one country listed on global speed index only averages 262Mbps etc

This is just making me anxious for if (when?) they ever come to Australia because we would 100000% crash our absurdly terrible NBN.

@NBN_Australia How about before doing any research you start fixing existing faults in your awful network, constant drop outs every single day for months on end with no sign of it being fixed. Bloody disgraceful.

@AbstractCode @abcnews I was one of the lucky early adopters, it's true. My landline phone completely cut off one boxing day and I rang Telstra to lodge a fault. They said "No, we can't help you. You're in the NBN zone, so you'll have to sign up to a new NBN plan."
