@Optus me and my mother are moving rentals soon, we know the house we are moving into is NBN ready but according to the app its going to be 2 weeks before someone can change the internet service over to the new house.... ?

@BelongAU Are there problems at Belong this morning? None of my devices can connect to the internet despite WiFi on my modem being green (have reset everything 2x). Looking online it seems people are reporting issues despite none being registered on NBN? Thanks.

Thanks for the service @Telstra They sent me a text on the weekend saying our nbn was down and they were sending someone to fix it. We didn’t notice anything amiss bc our internet was still working. Tech arrived today - our bunnies had chewed through an nbn cord. 1/2

@PinkSkyMagazine Yes, I used to get regular calls. Just hang up on anyone that mentions anything like that. Sometimes they pretend to be Telstra or NBN co. too. None of them are going to call you. They'll email.
