@theboonarmies Our nbn makes me wanna tear my freaking hair out. I use my 4g more often than not and it’s still **** But also, ah that sucks. When you gotta pay $150 for a product it better be ******* good. Hopefully they work it out for you

@mspoppyvgk6 I checked out their deals. Speeds seem slow? Or i don't understand the nbn speed thing. I just did a speed test and I'm getting 82 down and 30 up. Aussie seems to be about $80/mth for that? Is that right?

@NBN_Australia I used to call our provider about this all the time and it'd be fixed for like a week before it'd go back to how it was prior. I think the quality of cables in our area are pretty crap tbh. It drops out at least a few times a day and it gets worse during peak times

@NBN_Australia Hey, we do keep in touch with our provider, but really not happy with having to check a status page for outages that we don't know about. You seem to have no issue emailing us your surveys, perhaps planned outages emails would be a good idea?
