The nbn and internet situation in Australia is bad enough, but this whole situation has seriously stopped me ever, ever signing up with @Telstra again, and will adamantly be advising friends and family of the same. Never have I experienced such a lack of basic caring from staff.

@DDsD @NBN_Australia @cityofsydney Hey David, I’m a @cityofsydney Councillor. I think it’s likely that this would be “exempt development” as it may be under Telecommunications Act - which really sucks, we’re sick of boxes like this cluttering busy public spaces - I’ll check and get back to you.

@TPG_Telecom can someone please resolve the issues with my NBN. It has been almost a week this time. I have had numoutous conversations and visits from your technicians without the issue being fixed. Unfortunately this is the 5th time this year we’ve had a material outage.

@Telstra I've already spent approximately 4hrs talking in the Telstra app and had my connection monitored for approx 48hrs. For some reason the agent is refusing to raise a fault with NBN but admits a problem does exist. Lots of false promises thrown in as usual.

@WhistleOut_AU I've two lines to my house, took me 4 yrs to get one cleaned up... then they hooked up NBN, finished the install, fell over in the first 40 minutes... seems I'm back on the **** line again. I have wasted too much breath trying to get satisfaction.

@PRGuy17 @barbvee The damage Abbott & Hockey did in a very sort time in office put Australia back decades if not forever. The NBN, destruction of the car industry & cancelling even modest action on climate was not just moronic it was criminal. Hopefully one day they’ll be held to account.

@davidkersten We in the bush, a mere 4 kms from the town centre, got the pathetic fixed wireless version of NBN, despite fibre optic cables, both Optus and Telstra, running past the properties. We refused to connect to the slow NBN and kept our copper ADSL. Townsfolk got fibre to premises.

@XRImagineer Hi Ali, the amounts we pay NBN for use of its network have significantly increased in recent years, as people use more data when they work and study from home. While we have worked hard to try to continue to absorb these costs, unfortunately it is no longer sustainable to do so.
