Yet once you have NBN pass you property you have no option.....total disaster

    So here we are waiting for our 3rd NBN man to show up. Says between 8am and midday. Still no service since last Wednesday.

    All medical alarm users should also register their medical alarm with the nbn as it will help to minimise any break in service during the transition. Registration is free, and can be done online or by calling 1800 687 626.

    @MattM_78 I’m now with pentanet which is supposed to be good in my area. I think it all depends on the type of nbn. We have FTTN which is the worst. It’s shameful the changes the Turnbull government made to the NBN rollout so as usual not everyone is equal.

    @strollingrabbi Wrong issue to raise, considering how many workers have died rolling out the LNP's MTM-version of the NBN, due to requiring them to work on so many roadsides where the copper phone line conduits & cabinets are, and using 'lollipops' to re-direct traffic around the operations.

    @__tim_c Thanks Tim!, Ok, so if this is isolated down to a single device, connected via ethernet and the speeds are fluctuating, the next step is to reset the connection. Turn off the modem and NBN box for at least 10 minutes. This will force a reset on NBN's side. - L
