Update. We have moved houses successfully. But the wonderful chaps over at NBN Co have decided to cancel our connection date due to "unforeseen circumstances" will be calling them tomorrow morning to find out.

@stiffuppercut @Telstra To be trueful I was with Optus years ago and it was slow and 4g use to drop all the time. But Telstra NBN I seen people without internet for months waiting for install because they cant get technician to turn up and Telstra you can’t call directly once it’s working it’s ok.

Cable physically down in the street, blocking the way out, but @NBN_Australia doesn’t work Sunday’s so not sure what can be done. My ISP does and are doing all they can.

@BodsMr @tegangeorge I tried writing to my local ALP MP, the Minister for Communication, the Shadow Minister for Communication and the Green Spokesperson for Communication regarding an issue with the NBN a few years ago. I got one reply—guess who? 🤔

@mipearson If Starlink needs a wealthy market with **** internet Australia is ripe. The 50-150mbps with reasonable latency Starlink is quoting might be a better option than the NBN for a lot of Australians?

@Telstra we’ve been on the phone all day and keep getting disconnected is there any other number we can call?? our home wifi suddenly isn’t working at all, ever since we got sent our nbn box but we have until next week to set up that?? PLS help

@NBN_Australia any nbn outages in Orange NSW I phoned iinet and they said was a major outage but I am at the local shopping centre and the wi-fi works okay

@optus network status has our NBN cable as "reduced service" and "under investigation" according to their webpage for the last 24 hours. Maybe "not working" "due to Murdoch" might be more accurate?

@llc_chaos @MyLegacyKit NBN Co does service most of Australia with NBN broadband, but through a variety of delivery methods. Fibre is only one, fixed wireless and Satellite the others. I had Satellite for a while, it was ok, but bit dodgy in bad weather
