@NBN_Australia What maintenance were you doing last night in the Gungahlin area in ACT. No internet since. ISP cant help!@!

  • djbingbing_ djbingbing (@djbingbing_) reported

@Optus How hard is it for customer service reps to remove a service from an account? 3rd month iv been charged for something that was meant to be resolved last month. First i was told Optus Sports was free with NBN then i get told its free with mobile. Unacceptable behaviour.

@NBN_Australia why does my PRD keep getting pushed back I've tried to get connected since March and there just seems to be problems keep popping up which prevents me from connecting. Surely this isn't up to service standards...

@tweeter_vee @davidbewart Maybe his WiFi is down? The so called NBN rollout strikes again. #afternoonbriefing

@Swaldy @geforcenow_pgg 100 down FTTB NBN. I had to override the settings to set the bitrate to max and force the resolution to 1920x1200 and now it looks decent. I also get 3-5ms ping to their servers which helps I guess lol.

In 2009, @AustralianLabor announced a @NBN_Australia network. 4 years later, the #LNPCorruptionParty took over the installation. 8 years of #LNPfailure means even though I live in @ScottMorrisonMP own electorate of Cook, we still do not have a reliable internet connection. FFS🤬

  • preecy_pants Jo Preece 🏳️‍🌈 (@preecy_pants) reported

@aleeb88 Not surprised, really. In two years I think I've only had one outage that was not notified (they send you a message usually a month in advance for planned nbn outages). Called them a couple of times with minor issues on my end and they had it fixed within 5 mins.

    NBN is down \o/

@elee_bella @TooheyMatthew @peri_denton Me too on the Northern Beaches in Sydney. My landline no longer works, the 4G is 1 bar and they are continually doing ‘upgrades’ that close me down for up to 8 hours. Then they say ‘use your mobile for emergencies’. It don’t work!! The NBN is a bloody shambles

@deeplongstop @Goodsy2008 Re. internet, I’m in the sticks big time & packaged up Foxtel NBN with the TV service. Was somewhat skeptical about it but have to say it’s been great. Has full on dropped out a couple of times but that was due to NBN infrastructure. May be worth having a chat with Fox about it
