Telstra was sold by, and the NBN ******-up by the Howard/Abbott/Turnbull govts (and Murdoch) so we could be ripped off and suffer the inferior services by private telcos.

I was thinking of cancelling it & sticking with VodaFail coz nbn is too expensive. Thank God i didnt cancel it. I would have been left with no way to even verify if the problem was with my phone or VodaFail

Max bandwidth Starlink: 310/44mbps (down/up). NBN FTTP: 2Gbps/500Mbps. Wireless/Wifi/Satellite will always be slower.

E.g. at our business the NBN was so unreliable we installed a 4g failover modem, but you need to know they exist & how to configure them. Most people don't have that level of IT know-how.

Julie Burgess (@julieburgess623) reported@Telstra for 5 days now we have been unable to watch Foxtel as our internet speed is 4.49 as per their consultant. We have contacted NBN who told us to contact Telstra. The person there said the problem is our modem which it is not. We need a solution please Telstra.
