@NBN_Australia your reply was less than helpful. You only managed to refer me to the status link i have been glued to for days, no actual information or any promise of eta on resolution - the one on your status site is a moving feast.

@Telstra We have factory reset both the NBN box + the modem. We bought a new modem + power adapters: they weren’t the issue. Multiple speed tests from the NBN box itself states the same as the speed test from our computers upstairs. It also affects BOTH my fiancé’s and my computer…

@lLiamDavies @CFlensburg @JulieCollinsMP Copper is undoubtedly the reason that the NBN sucks, tradies being lax is irrelevant, full FTTP is what we needed and it's what we still need. Selling telstra was retarded, buying the copper back for the NBN was retarded, the LNP ruined the NBN and it needs to be made FTTP

@NBN_Australia no internet since Tuesday, no explanation just a moving resolution eta that seems to be pushed back by a day every day! Service provider knows nothing - how are we supposed to work from home with no internet and no explanation?

@AngelicaTTV @Aussie_BB Yeah I've been having loads of internet problems at around midnight for like the last 2 weeks, I dunno wtf is going on. I thought it was just my terrible nbn 14 down 7 up connection that AussieBB couldn't get NBNco to fix.

@Liam_J_McIntyre @Telstra I used to be with Optus and had the same issue for 6+ months Was told that upgrades were being done and that was the reason for the slow speeds, told by another that there was no upgrades being done. Swapped to @Aussie_BB and have only had one unannounced outage due to NBN Co

@abcnews "fibre to the node" (FttN) always a crap idea, whatever certain large equipment suppliers claimed. HFC ("cable") had/has, role where already available so that folks without HFC or NBN fibre can be prioritised - I am happy with HFC so others can get fibre they need sooner @AlboMP

@DodoAustralia Still waiting for a call back from the specialist customer service time to cancel my NBN service. @acccgovau This feels unethical. #worstservice #stayaway

@AussieL83540458 @SkyNewsAust Well that's state not federal for starters but lets see if #ScottyThePathologicalLiar is re-elected anyone on Centrelink will be forced onto income management including Aged Pensioners, we will end up at war with China, the NBN and NDIS will be gutted and the budget down the loo.

@lLiamDavies @CFlensburg @JulieCollinsMP You're kinda both wrong, many Australians received huge refunds of their internet bills due to speeds and reliability not matching as advertised, I know someone that got over 2k back due to poor NBN performance, that's everything she paid for internet the whole time.
