@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

My home internet has been out for now 15 hrs and still not fixed as NBN told me there was an unplanned incident on the website at my address and I need the internet connection fixed as I need to fill out paperwork online as I cannot go to appointments face to face.

@KazakiriCrimson Hi there, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, 1/2

@Telstra And the notification came from Telstra we are not even on NBN yet have no Internet connectivity at all again major fail middle of the day everybody in lockdown and kids trying to homeschool

@LSDNinja @DavidHRobb You log in with your existing Telstra account and it works. Their NBN modems form part of that network as well.

I rang my internet provider this morning and they cancelled the technician coming as they say there is an NBN unplanned outage and they are investigating it and have been looking into it since I reported my internet not connecting yesterday afternoon.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia You’ve taken down my Telstra broadband. I am not your client I do not receive bills for you and I have no service provider from you yet you’ve taken my Internet connection down. Explanation and compensation required
