@reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

3 cheers to the LNP for stuffing up the NBN. I would have both that and a landline if they hadn’t, and not be relying on an intermittent 3g signal for info during an emergency. cc: @telstra where’s my phone signal gone??

@eschatv Deadset my internet was going on and off the last 2 days, spoke with my ISP who had no idea why and lodged a ticket with NBN. 6 hours later we get an email saying it's been resolved and all good... **** makes no sense

@NBN_Australia Come upgrade my line!!! Every day our internet drops out more than twice an hour and you’re making Aussie Broadband make us jump through hoops to prove it. We’ve had one of your employees come out five times to fix it. Pointless.

@redo72JR @RonniSalt I live in the middle of greater Sydney and I can’t get 4G in my house! I have to use wifi to make calls with my mobile. My landline stopped working once the NBN was connected and nothing could get it to work again. I gave up on it. If our internet goes down I can’t make calls.

@NBN_Australia Promises, promises. Patronizing rubbish. There is NOTHING here about upgrading NBN satellite customers so they can have reliable service, faster speeds and suitable download options at anything near an affordable price. People on satellite are doomed to poor delivery. Admit it.

trivial problem in scheme of things but is anyone having trouble with @Telstra @NBN_Australia service in Melbourne's inner north? I am having and the Telstra chat service is not as efficient as usual, not saying if there is a local outage etc - very frustrating
