    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

    I’d like to thank the @NBN_Australia service personnel who decided to “test” my connection, breaking it in the process, and who didn’t think to inform me he was here until *after* he’d started work. Thanks to him, my previously functioning internet connection now isn’t working.

    @decryption i dont have my gpon gear powered on to show you data from the network side, but if any of that isnt correct, nbn could just turn off the port

    @reece_wagner I’m getting 16 down with ADSL. @NBN_Australia was due here in Feb. It was changed to August 2020. Now back to May 2019.

    @Optus Wireless NBN Hervey Bay has been dead slow since about 1pm today. Speed tests show ok with expected speeds but no webpages will load.... or it takes forever ??

    @AlexDevantier Optus,,,,Im pretty pissed off ...cant internet bank - keeps timing out . And the bank is doing maintenance this weekend so phone banking and Internet banking is out, And the Optus issues means phones aren't working properly either (NBN)

    @NBN_Australia My NBN has now been down all day due to an "unplanned incident" in North Sydney. Does the NBN compensate users (many of whom may be working from home) for disruptions of this length?

    @Optus @lachlanconnor I find it hilarious you manage not only to have all mobile networks go down but you even manage to completely mess up NBN connections, be it to the node or premises. Perhaps it's time to fire your crew and actually hire people who will do their job? I'm willing to apply.

    @HamSales yeah that's the problem, the wall they want to drill through is a fire wall and needs to be properly sealed and installed so it's fully fire retardant but also the nbn groundwork at the property is dogshit so it's ****** to begin with
