It really is the little things. Talking to male Level 1 Tech Support vs Female. All he did was explain irrelevant NBN technicals over and over like I didn’t understand what a line fault was. Refused to listen to what I was asking. Woman? “I’ll escalate” lol. Every damn day.

@joshgnosis Bolt should have thanked his boss, Rupert Murdoch and Tony Abbott for the terrible NBN he received in the first place. High speed internet was a threat to his Stone Age Foxtel satellite delivered crap.

@Barbara97144258 I live in Melb CBD and refused to connect to NBN because it's so crap, another government disaster. Go get yourself a Netgear LB2120 4G modem, and a Telstra 4G data only sim, problem solved. That's what I've got. And it's portable. I'm faster off 4G than my neighbours NBN.

  • PeterKlages Peter Klages (@PeterKlages) reported

Adding insult to this, if I want a fixed line phone for business (which I will soon), @Telstra will have to reconnect a copper wire PSTN service to my address. NBN satellite service is deemed unworkable for VoiP, according to all the providers I’ve contacted.

@Telstra @72Hallam What service are you offering to a customer that’s been loyal for 53 years One week ago Telstra cut my internet off To be connected to nbn The fella came on Monday I had no modems hence no fix I’ve been screwed around ever since like a ****** rag I’m a 84 year old invalid needing

@NBN_Australia fix ur **** Nobody wants internet bouncing between 0.5 and 50mbps

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@PatTheIrish1 will not affect other customers connected to the nbn by other technologies, we appreciate that for those customers yet to connect to the nbn HFC network, this is frustrating. We expect to be able to recommence taking new orders for HFC from the end of May 2/4

  • HeyyUnDo UnDo (@HeyyUnDo) reported

@zykrohs Australian internet is bad for a reason ask the government why nbn is so **** it’s cuz companies that would deliver good internet something something there’s a yt video

  • newstu4u Stuart (@newstu4u) reported

@HarperReynoldsX The only difference between them is customer service. They ALL are using the same network (NBN). The quality depends entirely on the equipment used to deliver NBN and has nothing to do with the retailers. PS Belong IS Telstra!
