@GandWalter I hear you! We just disconnected our nbn as the line from our house to the pit is damaged, Telstra and NBN have been very reluctant to fix it. I am in credit and now we have gone to the ombudsman as Telstra are reluctant to pay it back to me!

@Judith54Nunn Yes thats the way they play…its NBN fault…ring them..no its telstra …been thjere done that…with a small company now …no trouble for 15 months since we got rid of one of the big players and whats more we get the full speed we pay for.

@NBN_Australia @QldFES Live in Shailer Park Qld. Continuous NBN outage since 3.30pm Friday. It would be good if we could get an estimate of when problem will be resolved. All we've had since last night is, we're working on it.

@Judith54Nunn It's never Telstra's problem until you tell them that you're going to the Ombudsman. Either that or they blame NBN and a new cycle of blame game begins.

@Judith54Nunn Had that issue last week. NBN tech came out and found a broken connection in the street. He said it was a common fault, and also added that fttn was the worst solution, should have stayed as fttp.

@Judith54Nunn @Jo98715467 i'm in rural nsw, labor's nbn had whole valley on fiber, LNP gave us fixed wireless with copper landlines and black spots. the number of techs out here on a weekly basis trying to keep the old copper network running is astounding. maintenance costs alone would have paid for FTH
