    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @NBN_Australia that’d be great if every day from 2pm-11pm the wifi wasn’t so unbearably slow that I can’t even load a webpage. I went to South Korea and it really gave a perspective as to how horrifyingly slow NBN is

    @NBN_Australia It is not a fault. It is a NBN design issue. If a house is 1.2km in cable length from a Node, can they expect 80mb or more in connection speed. Very simple yes/no answer is all that is required.

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    @kels_316 @weskrantz Never forget that the original NBN build had a 'Class Zero' classification for connection, which meant that fibre went near, but did not connect to, the house, but counted as a connected service for the press releases. This is a bit like that.

    @kels_316 I keep getting the NBN (scammers) calling to tell me my NBN isn’t working. I tell them “no **** Sherlock “ there’s no NBN here in the bush! Nearest is 20km away so I doubt it will get to the village any time soon.

    @TRAVLIC @Telstra @NBN_Australia I have had issues recently and spent hours on the phone to Telstra trying to resolve. Now they are blame shifting suggesting I get my laptop checked out, which I will. But it is all so annoying and time-wasting.

    @Telstra Again...... so many NBN issues and finally resolved 14 October 21 - or so I thought. Emails have been restricted, so I called - again. Restricted due to non payment of a lousy $108.08 but that was removed. Emails to be reinstated in the next few hours..... Ugh

    I was really expecting the NBN here to still be down after power was restored due to broken wiring since the fibre optic cable is aerial in my street. Evidently nothing broke though. Amazing.
