    @NBN_Australia It is not a fault. It is a NBN design issue. If a house is 1.2km in cable length from a Node, can they expect 80mb or more in connection speed. Very simple yes/no answer is all that is required.

    @Telstra hi, my wife's NBN has been down for 2 days. She's rung several times only for her call to ring out. Pretty hard to run a business with no NBN.

    @Qldaah @Telstra David, if have nbn connection then Telstra only service provider. nbn co own & maintain network. Telstra technical support can investigate but if underlying issue is network, nbn co responsible. If nbn co state 'no fault found', then service provider no power coerce nbn action

    @NBN_Australia that’d be great if every day from 2pm-11pm the wifi wasn’t so unbearably slow that I can’t even load a webpage. I went to South Korea and it really gave a perspective as to how horrifyingly slow NBN is

    @DuhigLisa @NBN_Australia @Telstra I actually love having the business run from hone. Been doing it for years and have a dedicated office. Constant issues with the NBN though really hurt and you are powerless to do anything. Into day 2 of no work, about to head to Telstra.

    I moved into #Telstra 7 days ago and I promise you their nbn is the worst. Speeds of 7 mbps is just unheard of. Piece of advice to anyone planning to join Telstra DON’T

    @Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

    @exetel @chuggins9000 @NBN_Australia Thanks Rehan, but it is not an Exetel problem, all my neighbours have the same problem. NBN Co decided not to deluver high speed internet infrastucture to our Adamstown Heights area.

    The NBN in down in my area in SW with no timeframe for the fix as it is due to degradation to the line. Given it is probably 4 years old, doesn’t that seem unsustainable for something to be unusable in that time frame?

    @Optus home is 10km out of Sydney CBD and for hardware that has no moving parts (NBN) it sure does break down a lot. Jet engines are more reliable than your coax cables oh and my phone gets 3g only most of the times 10km out from CBD. 3rd world countries have better internet

    @Telstra outage update . NBN down since we’d last week . I am assured another 48 hours and problem will be fixed . Imagine a business that charges customers for a service they can’t deliver for 8 days ?

    @AlanBixter @TonyHWindsor @Gundy38940340 Yes. The trees have to learn to behave. I don't bother replying to NBN requests for details of issues and other customer surveys. If they don't know how to design, operate and monitor their equipment, what chance is there that they give a fig about individual customer feedback?

    When your internet dies at 20 to 5, it's time to call it a day. Normal service will be resumed Wednesday, according the NBN.
